Great, professional service from JKP Electrical Services. I contacted Julian to carry out an electrical inspection of my rental flat. He was efficient booking the job in and very polite to deal with. The report concluded that some remedial work was required for which Julian provided a thorough and detailed quote in a timely manner and subsequently carried out the work to a very high standard. Overall, Julian provided an excellent service, great communications, is prompt and knowledgeable with very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Julian has done lots of small - medium electrical jobs for me, including solving some tricky problems with ‘old house’ electrics. He has always been professional, efficient and very pleasant to deal with (and very patient, coming back multiple times to finish a job after I kept ordering the wrong type of light!). Mike did a complete rewire for us, working in with other trades to complete a refurbishment of our house. He always kept in touch on progress and all the detail of ensuring everything was positioned as we wanted it. When a fire sensor proved faulty he replaced it promptly. Steve professionally upgraded my halogen infrastructure to an LED one with minimal fuss. Replaced some obsolete switches too. Additionally troubleshooted several other electrical issues. All options are considered and alternatives discussed. Can thoroughly recommend and will use again.

Really pleased with the service from Steve! We had a new oven to fit which needed a new and a handful of other small jobs. Steve was very communicative to book in the job, with super quick responses to my emails. He arrived on time and worked quickly, checking with me when he needed to and talking me through what he was doing. He finished the job to a high standard, tidying up after himself and working round our cleaner who we forgot was coming! And top it off, very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be looking for Steve to come back for further electrical work when we need to do it!

UPDATE: Running Wires have completed rewired our house and added lighting to our garden this year. Always knowledgeable, thoughtful and fastidious. They think practically about what you need, turn up when they say they will and are reasonably priced. They’re always on hand if you need something and have never let me down. I had a leak from my toilet which affected my smoke alarms. I was lucky to find Trusted Electrical, they were so professional and organised. They fixed my smoke alarms and painted my ceiling downstairs where there was damp. I'm already planning to use them again to move my electric board as the whole experience of dealing with them was so positive. We are out of words to praise Emmanuel. we called him in an emergency as none of the sockets was working and RCD was tripping over constantly. Emmanuel picked up the call promptly and the first thing he did was calm things down and explained that he is stuck in a traffic jam hence can't come sooner, however, he offered on-call support, helped us troubleshoot the issue and got it fixed that too free of cost.
