Sharmin did an excellent job fixing our shower and replacing our old electric shower with a thermostatic one. Job was done in one day and he made a huge effort to not remove more tiling than was necessary. He was tidy and considerate and I would fully recommend him.

While searching London for an electrician I stumbled across Woods Electrical, and I'm glad I did. After been told by a previous company which panel lights to order I needed them install, called Woods Electrical and they came to me very quickly to have a look at thr job. Michael came to the job personally and was friendly and professional. Unfortunately he informed me that the lights advice by previous person wouldn't be suitable for the space due to the voltage reasons, but without accepting that and walking away he recommended the correct light fittings and where to purchase them. The correct lights arrived and Woods Electrical sent Alek, he got to work straight away and made every job look easy and quick. He fitted numerous light fittings, replaced numerous plug faces and even installed few extra power points around my building. I was happy to let him get on with his work safely and left him to do what he needed to do in the time he was there, returning to the job it was clean and tidy with all new fittings completed to the highest spec. Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.

I moved in to a house with an existing solar installation. Unfortunately, the installers had decided to focus entirely on commercial installations so were not interested in helping me to get control of the system I’d taken over. I got in touch with a number of companies looking for help. House Rescue were superb – quick replies, excellent advice and friendly service. If I needed to have a new system installed or my existing system serviced, these are the guys I’d go to.

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

A wonderful Job. The truncking was discretely managed in our Victorian house without looking obvious. Thoughtful and clean workers.Will be using them again.

Mosi was very efficient and reliable. He fitted three new light fittings, one of which needed a channel making in the ceiling which Mosi did very neatly.
