This is my second time using Stead Electrical Services, and once again, Jemma and the team’s responsiveness and willingness to accommodate last-minute requests have been lifesavers for me. Bradley, their electrician, is not only friendly, helpful and also professional. I highly recommend Stead Electrical Services to anyone in search of reliable electrical service!

Dan installed some outside lights for me and, as usual, did a very professional job. Punctual, neat and tidy. I have used Dan before and will not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.

Was abit of Chance find having seen them working on a nearby home and asked if they would consider some little jobs that we have been putting off. Nothing was too much trouble and in the end was very flexible to us and what we needed. Have found JWC (John) to be very professional, very clean tidy worker and ultimately priced jobs accordingly. I have several other jobs lined up too and won’t be looking anywhere else Update: Dec 23 Since my previous review we’ve had more work done including a new media wall. John was great at suggesting good ideas and alternative options for what we wanted. He was very accommodating and pulled out all the stops for us to keep to a tight schedule we forced ourselves into. Again very clean, very professional and very happy with the final result.

Over the last five years across two different homes ,I have had John help with number of different electrical jobs - sorting flickering lights /replacing lights to even replacing induction hobs. He is punctual ,friendly , polite knowledgable and a thorough professional in his interactions. I can recommend John to anyone that needs help with his services.

We initially used JWC to find a fault with our lighting. John was very professional and tracked down the fault despite this being with wires under floorboards. He repaired the faulty wire and replaced the floorboard and carpet, leaving everything as good as new. As we had an old wire-based fuse box and we also asked him to replace this. He provided options and quotes for this which were reasonable and explained the options very clearly. Having accepted a quote, he replaced the fuse box with a new one, again, explaining how it all worked and what to do if it was triggered. John was very friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing and was able to explain this in terms that were easy to understand. I would definitely use him again if we had any other electrical requirements.

I am absolutely delighted with the work done by John. From the initial quote, which was extremely competitive, John has been helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. The work was completed efficiently, neatly and to an exceptionally high standard. John worked around the fitting schedule and was a pleasure to have working on site. As you can tell I would not hesitate to recommend John and his professional services.

Fantastic service. Grant was able to complete a full re-wire and install of LED lighting. Nothing was too much trouble. I would happily recommend and use him for future works

Would highly recommend GB Electrical, Grant was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He undertook some testing for us and got the certificate confirming results within a few hours. Fully intend to use Grant again on some other small electrical jobs we need doing round the house.

Moved house and lost the number of the old company I used to use and trust, I after using Kent Electrical I have now found a new company that I will use and trust for all future electrical work. The service was reliable, they always arrived when they said they would, the work was carried out in a timely manner with no messing about trying to charge more money by taking longer to do the job, I found the service competitively priced and the guy always left the house nice and clean. Absolutely fantastic company and workmanship with superb aftercare. I had James from Kent Electrical come in and replace my old consumer unit whilst I was out at work. I was confident with speaking to the girl who answered the phone and meeting James. He did a superb job and left the area very tidy. James also provided excellent aftercare and follow ups . George is my favourite local electrician and changed our fuseboard following an EICR report at our rental property.
