I cannot recommend highly enough! I used Steve recently for a boiler service and he is meticulous in what he does and his approach with the added bonus of being excellent value for money. Not only this, he goes above and beyond to help, with me having to subsequently call him days after where he took his own time out to talk me through what steps I needed to take. Both excellent at his job and a genuinely good guy.

I've had a tricky job to fix a escape of water and rerouting multiple pipes including gas which were done incorrectly before. John attended for a free quotation. I was impressed that he could decide on the solution in a few minutes of looking at it which is the evidence of years of experience. He carried out his work for half a day and left with a great work done. He is polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Thank you John for providing excellent service! We didn't have heating for about 40 days during January-February, and our property manager wasn't really responsive. When we finally met with John, he managed our issue within couple of days. He sorted out the communication between our manager and us, he updated us several times on progression of our solution, and he fixed our issue with expertise and intelligence. On top of that John was really friendly, considerate and cool!

John has always been professional, on time, trustworthy, and very pleasant to have working for us. He installed a boiler for us, which he now services. We recommended him on to a friend for a full heating installation, who also very happy with the work done.

Had no heating and hot water all day, tried to google how to do it but couldn’t work it out then contacted to get an emergency call out but he asked me to send pictures and showed me how to do it. Joseph was kind enough to come over in the late evening when most of other plumbers were not willing to. He was able to find the issue within minutes and fixed it at no time. Absolute legend of a plumber. Contacted at 16:00 for an emergency call out for a leaky pipe, wrapped up his job and was over in the hour to fix. Disappointed that he doesn’t cover the West End as it’s difficult to find trades as good as him. Have told him to start charging more, he deserves more money for the excellent work he does. Outstanding service from start to finish. I contacted Mr Allen and sent a short video to explain issue, got a quote. Luckily he was able to do the job within a couple of days. Very professional, explained the issue, what he had done, and left the place clean and tidy. Very happy to have found a competent & reliable plumber who charges fair prices.

Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co. Edit - a few weeks ago we lost hot water, Romaine advised us over the phone and quickly solved the issue - no charge - mark of a decent tradesman, not charging for simple fixes.
