We were looking for a Plumber to fix our boiler as it stopped working when the temperature started freezing. Joseph was kind enough to come over in the late evening when most of other plumbers were not willing to. He was able to find the issue within minutes and fixed it at no time. Booked AJD plumbing to install TRVs and a new kitchen tap. Unfortunately before the appointment one of our old radiator valves started leaking so I requested pulling the appointment forward and Adam fitted us in within 36 hours which I really appreciated. Darren carried out the work. He did a great job, was efficient, tidy and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you John for providing excellent service! We didn't have heating for about 40 days during January-February, and our property manager wasn't really responsive. When we finally met with John, he managed our issue within couple of days. He sorted out the communication between our manager and us, he updated us several times on progression of our solution, and he fixed our issue with expertise and intelligence. On top of that John was really friendly, considerate and cool!

I was very impressed with with the service provided. I required the disconnection of an obsolete power shower and installation of a thermostatic surface mounted mini shower. I received a quotation for the work quickly after contacting John and this was undertaken shortly after. The removal of the old shower threw up some problems and I was kept informed regarding the necessary work. Despite the problems the work was completed in one morning at the quoted price. The work area was well protected at all times. I will use John's services in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I cannot recommend highly enough! I used Steve recently for a boiler service and he is meticulous in what he does and his approach with the added bonus of being excellent value for money. Not only this, he goes above and beyond to help, with me having to subsequently call him days after where he took his own time out to talk me through what steps I needed to take. Both excellent at his job and a genuinely good guy.

Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co. Edit - a few weeks ago we lost hot water, Romaine advised us over the phone and quickly solved the issue - no charge - mark of a decent tradesman, not charging for simple fixes.

Have used Romaine's services twice, first to identify an issue with our boiler earlier this year, he managed to identify the issue with ease in less than an hour and recommend we sort it under our existing warranty, and talked it through with me and answered my many questions, second time around he fitted a new radiator for me as our old rad nipple valve snapped off. Both times he's been professional, friendly and knowledgeable whilst being reasonably priced. He is trustworthy, reliable and a problem solver, it's great to find a reliable and personable plumber. Allen&Co did such a brilliant job installing my boiler. They were prompt and efficient and didn't make any mess. I was very impressed with their politeness and care when explaining how to use the boiler and thermostat. From looks to functionality, they made sure that everything was completed perfectly and showed great attention to detail.
