We reached out to Handyman and Plumbing Services Ltd following a plumbing issue with our toilet mid-Thursday afternoon and promptly received a call back arranging a visit the next morning on Friday. This responsiveness was great and much needed. Hass visited the house and was extremely helpful and polite, taking his shoes off at the door and spending his time to fix our issue promptly and to our satisfaction. This was great as we are renting in a new build apartment with in-built appliances. After resolving the issue, he also helped out by reviewing a couple of other minor issues that we had around the house and was extremely helpful and patient. We discussed the price for the service up-front and it was reasonable, with any further work and cost that might be required clearly communicated at the start. I would highly recommend using Handyman and Plumbing Services Ltd for plumbing services and handyman tasks around the house.

Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. Their costs are reasonable and they are available 24 hours a day. It’s a Sunday afternoon. My boiler suddenly stopped working and after one call its was fixed within 15mins! I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

Dean has helped me on many occasions over the years in not only my place but also extended family. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!
