Brian helped me out big time , I am in the process of moving and i ask him and his team to come in and repair A lot of problems left by the previous owners as my upstairs bathroom was flooding into my kitchen downstairs and the kitchen had been ripped apart before they had moved and it was in an unusable state Brian did order repairs. I asked him to plus he went above and beyond to put my kitchen back together. Brian and his team are very conscientious, tidy and respectful. I highly recommend them. I would never use anybody else.

Nick did a FULL bathroom renovation for us, taking out our old, knackered one and turning it into a beautiful, stylish & fresh space. Couldn’t be happier with Nick’s workmanship. He was a great communicator throughout, keeping us informed with any changes; reliable, hardworking and had a great attention to detail. He was also helpful at the beginning, when it came to choosing materials, suppliers etc which was so useful. My husband and I love our bathroom now, it’s stunning. Quality Plumbing installed our new bathroom suite and tiled the bathroom with a herringbone pattern on the walls and mosaic hexagon tiles on the floor. We are so happy with the result which looks amazing with a great finish. They also surfaced all of our pipework at our request which was a tricky job with our pipe system. Would 100% recommend or re-use again myself if I needed to.

Nick recently completed a bathroom refurb for us and we are delighted with the result! He knocked a separate toilet/bathroom into one, installed a shower pump, did an amazing job with the tiling, and everything else! Absolute legend of a plumber. Contacted at 16:00 for an emergency call out for a leaky pipe, wrapped up his job and was over in the hour to fix. Disappointed that he doesn’t cover the West End as it’s difficult to find trades as good as him. Have told him to start charging more, he deserves more money for the excellent work he does. Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co. Edit - a few weeks ago we lost hot water, Romaine advised us over the phone and quickly solved the issue - no charge - mark of a decent tradesman, not charging for simple fixes.

Have used Romaine's services twice, first to identify an issue with our boiler earlier this year, he managed to identify the issue with ease in less than an hour and recommend we sort it under our existing warranty, and talked it through with me and answered my many questions, second time around he fitted a new radiator for me as our old rad nipple valve snapped off. Both times he's been professional, friendly and knowledgeable whilst being reasonably priced. He is trustworthy, reliable and a problem solver, it's great to find a reliable and personable plumber. Really happy with the service provided by Joe. Fitted a shower pump for me, after my old one came to the end of its life cycle. He sourced a replacement for me and altered my piping in order to fit the new one. New pump working well, pumping shower and bath with good water pressure. Highly recommend and will use Joe in future.

Bexleyheath boiler replacement + new boiler installation into another room + removal of old radiator in favour of a vertical one. Joe was removing my very old 25+ years boiler from the kitchen that had a massive tank (located in utility room) and installed a new compact combi boiler into the utility room, super happy with the results. Joe is very efficient with his time, very professional and focused to get things done, but will also be attentive to your questions. He plastered the old boiler wall hole, drilled the new one in the utility room wall, did underfloor pipes work to make them straight, since we plan to also place a washing machine into the same utility room, he also removed a massive old radiator from the living room (new radiator is yet to be purchased). Joe also explained about thermostat positioning and he relocated it to a better place away from sun and drafts, he also showed about boiler indicators and parts and external weather sensor and what sounds combi boiler makes. It's a very clever new system. Hot water works, shower pressure on the second floor dramatically increased, kitchen space freed to place a fridge there. Very happy with the results. Joseph was kind enough to come over in the late evening when most of other plumbers were not willing to. He was able to find the issue within minutes and fixed it at no time. Highly recommend this guy. Had no heating and hot water all day, tried to google how to do it but couldn’t work it out then contacted to get an emergency call out but he asked me to send pictures and showed me how to do it. Now have the heating and hot water back and saved myself a call out. Really appreciated

1st plumbers came quickly to the rescue of my elderly mother whose toilet wouldn't flush. They dealt with it swiftly and sent me a video to see what they had done and other issues that needed sorting followed by a phonecsll to discuss. A quote for this additional work came promptly.
