Minar is a real gem and an expert in Keston dual flue gas combi boilers! Most companies that I contacted to replace my boiler either had no clue about this system or were quoting extortionate rates for a poor service that would have resulted in costly repairs to the ceilings. Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Minar is extremely professional and knowledgable. He takes a lot of time to explain the issues to you and help you understand what needs to be done. His work is thorough and of a high standard. He is also very reasonable; I had an issue with the volume of the water pump being installed and he offered a very amicable solution to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Old boiler installation was a poor job left the boiler blocked, causing serious internal damage as shown in the pictures. It had to be replaced which they installed and done a great job which can be seen.

Ian Welka and the team at Plumbsafe did a fantastic job completely refurbishing the bathroom in our flat. They dealt with everything including ordering the all the bathroom equipment needed and were a pleasure to deal with. I needed a boiler replacing urgently as the previous one was beyond repair. Peter came out to inspect my broken boiler and was able to carry out the replacement within a few days, just in time for Christmas which was an absolute lifesaver! Delightful, thoughtful and extremely professional service was provided during an annual boiler inspection in December 2023. We raised a number of issues (based on lack of knowledge and understanding on our part) with the engineer. Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards.
