Mo and his colleague installed 7 new radiators at our place and did a fantastic job. He takes care in his work and his attention to detail ensures the customer is happy. Even though we had some challenges in getting the radiators onto the walls, Mo persisted and got everything working and has made our house warm and cozy. I can’t recommend Lee enough. He has helped me out a few times. He is always fast to respond to a ‘call for help’ even if it means he will be working outside business hours to solve the problem and fix it. His charge out rates are good, he gives you an idea of the cost on the initial call and will keep you informed if he needs to exceed this.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient.
