Great same day service from Mosen. He accommodated my urgency and appointment time changes and did an excellent job fixing my boiler. He was very friendly, helpful and even gave me advice on how to operate my heating more efficiently and helped correct my system to ensure it did so. Very skilled at what he does and very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

When he arrived he was very personable and knowledgeable and was able to fix the leak there and then. Mo and his colleague installed 7 new radiators at our place and did a fantastic job. He takes care in his work and his attention to detail ensures the customer is happy. Even though we had some challenges in getting the radiators onto the walls, Mo persisted and got everything working and has made our house warm and cozy. He's not one to rush the job and left our place very clean and tidy. Both Mo and his colleague are extremely knowledgeable and I won't hesitate to use their services again when we need further plumbing and heating work.

I can’t recommend Lee enough. He has helped me out a few times. He is always fast to respond to a ‘call for help’ even if it means he will be working outside business hours to solve the problem and fix it.
