Can't recommend these folks highly enough. They came recommended by a friend, and the main man Ed Barros was impressive from the moment he showed up to look at first the job (replacing a broken CH boiler) and give us an estimate. Clean overalls, plastic covers over his shoes on arrival, fast effecient inspection. Right through to the day he and his assistant showed up to replace the boiler, overhaul the CH system and replace broken radiator valves. the whole job was done beautifully in a single (long) day's work. He later came by and replaced some faulty taps and a drain unit in our bathroom in an hour flat. Highly impressive.

Happy Dog serviced my boiler this morning. I'm very impressed with their customer service. They serviced the boiler quickly and without much noise which meant I could work in the background without interruption. The certificate was provided within 24 hours and for a great price too - would highly recommend.

We needed our radiators power cleaned for the upcoming winter as some of them were only warming up to half power. We were able to get Hydro install to come over within a short period and complete the job. They were punctual, polite and informative on what was happening in the process. The technician also pointed out a few fixable issues around our house which was appreciated. We found the service overall good value and were happy with the service and result. Will definitely use them again when our boiler needs a service.

Stephen has been a lifesaver since we moved into our flat in south London. He has always had great availability, and works quickly when he arrives, Stephen explains clearly the issues he diagnoses, and the work that will be required. Stephen has fixed both our hot water and central heating, as well as fixing a bath plug that had become stuck, on all occasions he was able to attend to the issue same day, or next day at the latest! If you are reading this review, I should hope you never need to use Stephen's services, however, should you find yourself without hot water, Aquaheat will get things moving again!

Thoroughly recommend Aqua Heat. All my dealings with Stephen have been nothing but professional, clear, considerate and honest. He fitted several radiators for me as well as servicing an ageing boiler in an entirely outdated heating system that will soon need need a complete over haul. Up front on cost, timeline and different options, and unlike other engineers I tried who just wanted to replace everything, Stephen really has helped sustain my current system whilst I plan for the future, all running beautifully.

Steve and his team fitted my new boiler 2 years ago which I have been incredibly pleased with. The job was done really well, efficiently with very little disruption. Steve is very responsive to emails and always seems able to be flexible to customer needs. He has subsequently serviced my boiler twice since installation and I continue to be extremely pleased with his work. I would recommend highly.

John has saved me several times, very responsive and reasonably priced, he also gives good advice for long term solutions so I haven't had to deal with some of the recurring plumbing issues I was having. He recently installed a designer radiator which is working great and the work was very tidy. Highly recommend!

I have had John round twice to sort out two different leaking issues. Both times he came on the day I rang and sorted it out quickly. From what I have seen, he has a lot of experience in plumbing, and knows what he is doing! He is also really reasonably priced and comes with the parts you need before visiting.

John visited my property several times to address an ongoing issue with the hot water cylinder, which was leaking onto the balcony. He was consistently professional, efficient, and approachable, taking the time to explain the problem and the steps he was taking to resolve it. In fact, he even came in on his day off to perform an additional check, which went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely recommend !

Had a really scary problem as my hot water storage was leaking (silver picture) so I called this company and John was a really great help. He was local and replaced my water storage and it’s been a few months since and I’ve had no issues at all. I’ve called John back for separate issues in my home and work office as he does an excellent job going the extra mile and all at a reasonable price. Really happy to have a trustworthy and professional plumber nearby.

Lost heat in our rental house, called EcoHeat and got it sorted out within hours same day. And the issue had been in the house heating system for a long time (probably since new-built), and it was not straightforward how to solve it. Impressive!

Jason did a great job fixing a leaky pin valve in our underfloor heating system. He gave a fair price, arrived the same day and was quick to fix the problem. He also helped us get the schematics for our underfloor heating system which was very useful. He even saved us money on our heating bill by pointing out we didn’t need our underfloor heating temperature set so high!

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. When they came they arrived on time and worked all day to finish the job quickly! Would highly recommend.

Quick, helpful and very good value! We had a leaky WC cistern and a radiator that wasn't heating up. Eddie and the team were friendly and efficient throughout and I very much would recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Called out on Sunday evening, expecting it would be very expensive - he didn't charge for emergency price. My issue was relatively minor, however, we couldn't use the sink and washing machine, which was annoying. He fixed it within 70 minutes from the initial call.

I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. I could not recommend this company enough! From the people in the office, the 2 hour time slot to the person David that attended. He was polite, friendly and was really helpful. He sorted all my issues very quickly. It's always a worry when things go wrong in the house but knowing I have a local company that can come out and fix things gives me great peace of mind!

A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

We just used Switched On London's services to fit a new plug socket and spotlights in our hallway and they were absolutely fantastic! Luke was with us for a day and a half and did a brilliant job of the work, every small detail was carefully taken care of and the finish was amazing. Luke was really kind, communicative and shared all the relevant info with us we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!
