Can't recommend these folks highly enough. They came recommended by a friend, and the main man Ed Barros was impressive from the moment he showed up to look at first the job (replacing a broken CH boiler) and give us an estimate. Clean overalls, plastic covers over his shoes on arrival, fast effecient inspection. Right through to the day he and his assistant showed up to replace the boiler, overhaul the CH system and replace broken radiator valves. the whole job was done beautifully in a single (long) day's work. He later came by and replaced some faulty taps and a drain unit in our bathroom in an hour flat. Highly impressive.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. I spent a few days on google and other platforms looking for someone who could service my boiler. All looks good tbh, they all have 4.8/5 or above, but most of them are not established long enough and reviews some times can be fake, I dont really trust those reviews. I looked at Boiler Engineer 4U, had gone through their website, facebook, and stuied thieir reviews so I decided to give them a call. Sad to say, it's always a gamble finding a right trade person nowadays. The time I spent on searching was finally paid off. I was very pleased with the job that Vasil brought to us. Not only did he fix a pressure issue and serviced my boiler, but he also cleaned the whole areas after the job. Worth to mention he put his shoes off when entering the house. I highly recommend Vasil and Boil Engineer for everyone and will definitely call him again for any gas work.

We needed our radiators power cleaned for the upcoming winter as some of them were only warming up to half power. We were able to get Hydro install to come over within a short period and complete the job. They were punctual, polite and informative on what was happening in the process. The technician also pointed out a few fixable issues around our house which was appreciated. We found the service overall good value and were happy with the service and result. We just used Switched On London's services to fit a new plug socket and spotlights in our hallway and they were absolutely fantastic! A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. We have used Switched On since we moved into the area 2 years ago and they have always been so helpful with all our plumbing and electrical needs. Luke the electrician is the best and we always ask for him as he is so efficient, honest and friendly. We trust him completely and have never had any issues with the many visits he has done to our home. My only small critique is having to always pay for the hour of work when you might only need 1 or 2 things doing, so we tend to wait until we have more jobs so we can utilise the entire hour. Nonetheless, the work is always done to a great standard. Thank you team!

Stephen has been a lifesaver since we moved into our flat in south London. He has always had great availability, and works quickly when he arrives, Stephen explains clearly the issues he diagnoses, and the work that will be required. Stephen has fixed both our hot water and central heating, as well as fixing a bath plug that had become stuck, on all occasions he was able to attend to the issue same day, or next day at the latest! If you are reading this review, I should hope you never need to use Stephen's services, however, should you find yourself without hot water, Aquaheat will get things moving again!
