Initially an emergency call. Resolved a fast leak under the bath serving the shower. Excellent. I am continuing with the plumber to tackle the underlying issues.

We had a plugged sewar. Kismat came and tried high pressure and put a camera in it could not see what it was. Kismat were hear 3 days later and had to dig out the pipe and replace it, the last people that installed it really mest it up. Thanks for a great job. We would highly recommend them.

I spent a few days on google and other platforms looking for someone who could service my boiler. All looks good tbh, they all have 4.8/5 or above, but most of them are not established long enough and reviews some times can be fake, I dont really trust those reviews. I looked at Boiler Engineer 4U, had gone through their website, facebook, and stuied thieir reviews so I decided to give them a call. Sad to say, it's always a gamble finding a right trade person nowadays. The time I spent on searching was finally paid off. I was very pleased with the job that Vasil brought to us. Not only did he fix a pressure issue and serviced my boiler, but he also cleaned the whole areas after the job. Worth to mention he put his shoes off when entering the house. I highly recommend Vasil and Boil Engineer for everyone and will definitely call him again for any gas work.

I rarely give a review but on this occasion, I'm giving WPJ a thumbs up. Ross and the trainee apprentice turned up on time with all the parts needed to carry out the repair. The repair was carried in a timely manner and the necessary checks done after. The pricing for the job was reasonable.

Mario, Greg and the team are brilliant! They came and replaced my very old hot water cylinder after patiently answering all my questions and giving me advice. They were punctual and friendly and the job was completed earlier than predicted and at a lower cost than originally estimated due to cheaper parts being sourced. And, they used protective sheets over the carpet and even put bags over their shoes so the flat was left completely spotless. Highly recommend!!
