5-star recommendation! We messaged PIPEFIX only 2 hours prior to the appointment on Saturday, but they’ve helped us sorted out everything efficiently! The engineer Ahmed is very professional and friendly, he made sure all the pipes connected to the kitchen sink and dishwasher are properly cleared. And he even waited until we tested the dishwasher is functioning well. PIPEDIX’s prompt response on WhatsApp and punctuality are greatly appreciated.

Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help. It’s rare to come across someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially when they have nothing to gain. Ajhar came to fix an issue with my Boiler last year, what I most liked was that he had listened to me. This year I contacted him, he responded within few hours, we agreed on a quote and he was available to provide the required services in a couple of days. Above and beyond my expectations in terms of addressing my questions, providing guidance and directions and yes ... had the job done. Also worth mention he was also able to identify the additional parts I intended to buy and where to buy. Fee as agreed, not a penny more.

Top top man! We had 3 plumbers out before Aj and none of them found a solution to our leak. Aj came in with a can do attitude, isolated and found the leak, then made a temporary fix until he could get the parts. The day after he had sources the part and came and fitted it at 8 in the evening on a Friday!!. If you are looking for a plumber look no further just call Aj he will sort you out and you can get back to your life, I will add him to my speed dial list for any potential plumbing fixes in the future.

I have used various heating engineers over the years and, despite some of them being extremely good, none of them reach the overall standards of Paul Brooke from Boiler Repairs London. Paul is quite simply the best heating engineer I have met. He is polite and friendly, his communication is clear and concise, he accepts a challenge and finds solutions and the quality of his work is exemplary. Paul did everything he could to meet our needs and made intelligent, well-considered suggestions to resolving any small complications. The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard. Paul's fees are also very competitive and, considering the quality of his work, represent very good value. I don't hesitate to recommend Paul as my number one choice of heating engineer. If you want the best, look no further.

I have used Paul's services for the first time after reading reviews online and let me tell you - I'm very glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all, polite honest person. He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said.
