New Review: In addition to previous 5* experiences I want to add that James has actually saved me a small fortune this past year. By helping me understand my heating system I've saved a TON on call out fees as he's taught me a few tricks and understanding so that I can do the trivial troubleshooting and basic fixes myself and have James over for the things I can't. For that reason I think Platinum are the #1 value for money service I've ever come across! It also helps their friendly, fast and cost effective! Danny is a great plumber! He was polite, professional and conscientious. He arrived on time, well prepared and equipped and even brought his own shoe covers which was much appreciated! He was able to fix the problem in our bathroom quickly with supplies he had at hand meaning we didn’t need to purchase any additional parts. Highly recommend and will certainly be calling him next time we have an issue!

Dan has attended to two issues in my flat this year. A leaking shower valve and then the removal of a cold water tank to provide a mains feed. Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. He was very efficient, polite and super nice. Such a relief after calling a company that I only found online in an emergency for the first time. Will definitely call again for a yearly service. I had a leaky bidet that needed replacing, and he did an amazing job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and handled the issue quickly. The installation was done perfectly, and he made sure everything was working smoothly before they left. The pricing was clear and reasonable too. Manzoor replaced 8 radiators at my mum's house. He also did quite a few extras that Mum wanted; bathroom basin tap, shower seat and he also recommended and rectified filters around the boiler and fixed the flue. Really excellent work. Manzoor was a joy to talk with and he really got on well with mum, who can be demanding. He was incredibly patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend him as my only choice of plumber.

Had a faulty boiler wouldn't start. Called rak plumbing and heating. Responded very quick came found the fault, which was a jammed pump. Repaired it. Charged me half the price of what other plumbers quoted. Was a lovely chap.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards.
