Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. I had a problem of no hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000 system . I phoned the manufacturers Gledhill who offered to send an engineer out for a fixed price repair at £399! Upon googling further , I totally lucked out with Iqbal from Rapid React. I explained the issue and he immediately said "try the reset of the thermostat ", even to the extent of a FaceTime guided call to walk through the process and sending photos of what reset button to look for. He was totally right in his assessment and voila, hot water came on . So rare in these days of botch or rip off tradespeople to come across the totally top guy that is Iqbal ! Thank you so much!

Great professional service. The gentleman VJ was very knowledgeable punctual and professional with the services offered. Came out to fix a boiler for me and replace two radiators and fix a leak under the kitchen sink. All jobs done in a matter of hours to a very professional standard and reasonable rates. He even cleaned up his work areas properly once he was done. Can’t fault the work ethic and quality of works carried out. Recommended 10/10 for excellence. Thanks for helping

I can’t recommend Heatflow enough, I have used this company previously. I had an issue with my hot water tank, contacted Heatflow and he gladly visited my flat, even though it was last minute and over a weekend. The problem was professional diagnosed, and temporary fix was put in place with a follow up appointment booked, where the tank was drained and new parts fitted in an effective, respectful way making sure my neighbours were not disrupted. Heatflow followed up the next day to check all was working as it should be. Throughout the whole processed I was informed what was needed, transparent regarding the cost in a very trustworthy manner. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Heatflow again

I called heat flow after 7pm and the engineer came with in 30 min to an 1 hour. On arrival he was polite and understanding as I was stressed about my heating all day. The prices where affordable considering the emergency call out quotes I got from other companies. He fixed a leak in my radiator and sensor in my boiler. Now I have heating back on for the winter and cosey nights again. Thank you heat Flow I'll definitely recommend this company.

I had some issue with my bathroom floor. I called Keiran based on recommendation by several of my neighbours. He came very quickly to have a look at the work, helped me understand what what happening and what we needed to do. I chose to tile that room and he was really responsive when I contacted him to ask (even more) question. When he did the work, he was a joy to have around. He even noticed (and fixed) smaller things that could have become bigger issues in the future. Overall, this was a great experience.

Keiran was super helpful and assisted at short notice to help fix a leaking boiler. Came on time, sorted the issue with no fuss and his rates are very reasonable too. Will pass his details to all my contacts and definitely use again!

Pierre did a really good work for our new kitchen plumbing (dishwasher, washing machine, sink). He is attentive to details and in general a really nice person, always polite. Recently we had an issue with our boiler and he resolved it quickly. Cannot be happier we found him in our area.

Asif was responsive and helpful over the phone then promptly set a time to visit when our boiler stopped working. The next day he diagnosed the problem, got hold of the part and had it up and running in a matter of hours. Friendly but professional, knowledgable and efficient, what more could you ask for. I would be happy recommending this business to any of my friends and family and this will be my first go-to from now on for regular boiler servicing and any issues.

Danny did a great job for us fitting our outside tap. He was reasonably priced, really listened to what we wanted and talked through the options clearly, and did a great job. Would recommend.

Danny is a great plumber! He was polite, professional and conscientious. He arrived on time, well prepared and equipped and even brought his own shoe covers which was much appreciated! He was able to fix the problem in our bathroom quickly with supplies he had at hand meaning we didn’t need to purchase any additional parts. Dan has attended to two issues in my flat this year. A leaking shower valve and then the removal of a cold water tank to provide a mains feed. James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

New Review: In addition to previous 5* experiences I want to add that James has actually saved me a small fortune this past year. By helping me understand my heating system I've saved a TON on call out fees as he's taught me a few tricks and understanding so that I can do the trivial troubleshooting and basic fixes myself and have James over for the things I can't. For that reason I think Platinum are the #1 value for money service I've ever come across! It also helps their friendly, fast and cost effective! James and the team at Platinum have always been helpful when I have had boiler issues. This time I was worried my boiler may have needed replacing but they were quick to come around and quickly foind the issue, picked up replacement parts and had it back up and running! Tomas is amazing! After our boiler stopped working following the summer, he recommended installing a digital thermostat, which has made it so much easier for us to control the temperature. He also removed an old radiator and installed a new one in a different part of the room, and it looks great (see photo). Additionally, he added lights and plug sockets in our basement, significantly improving the space. It’s great to find someone in the area you can trust to handle both plumbing and electrical work. I will definitely be using Tomas again in the future and highly recommend him to others!

Tomas provided an excellent service to remove a broken sink and replace it with a new one. The job was complicated and required an additional visit which Tomas was happy to do. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself, taking away the old sink. He also charged a fair price and we are very pleased with the results. I had my boiler installed by TK Plumbing last year, and this was my first service booked through the company. My experience with both the boiler installation and the subsequent service a year later has been brilliant from start to finish. Booking a time slot for the visit was so easy, and I received a text on the morning of the appointment, notifying me that the plumber was 30 minutes away, allowing me to prepare. The plumber arrived on time and was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I have recommended TK Plumbing to others and will continue to do so!

Bit hesitant going with a company I didn’t know but really happy with the service. Emailed on Saturday morning, was called back that morning and Hakeem came out to repair the next day (Sunday!). Reasonable rates, explained everything to me and good service. Heartily recommended!

Had Hakeem and team come and replace a new boiler for us just before Christmas, we had a power flush and all the trimmings! Professional and polite making sure everything was tested and worked well, gave a quick overview how new boiler works, and being gas safety registered I got the certificate and warranty for new boiler for next 10 years emailed to me before they left ensuring everything was in order. The Company will be my go to and would recommend them to anyone.

Hakeem came round to service and install a new timer in my boiler. Quick and efficient and delivered a good service. Communication was good before the visit, so would definitely use Hive again and would reccomend.
