Absolutely fantastic company. Got us out of a sticky situation with a new born and a broken boiler! Communication was excellent with Carlos, honest and upfront and with attention to detail. After calling late on a Friday, he sent a team round the next morning to replace our boiler. Can't thank him enough for resolving a stressful situation. Would not hesitate to use this company again!

Tomas provided an excellent service to remove a broken sink and replace it with a new one. The job was complicated and required an additional visit which Tomas was happy to do. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself, taking away the old sink. He also charged a fair price and we are very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend him for plumbing services.

Tomas is amazing! After our boiler stopped working following the summer, he recommended installing a digital thermostat, which has made it so much easier for us to control the temperature. He also removed an old radiator and installed a new one in a different part of the room, and it looks great (see photo). Additionally, he added lights and plug sockets in our basement, significantly improving the space. It’s great to find someone in the area you can trust to handle both plumbing and electrical work. I will definitely be using Tomas again in the future and highly recommend him to others!

Great job done by Tomas and his mate! We had a very old boiler which needed to be replaced . They were diligent , punctual and worked the entire day to replace the boiler , which was not an easy job considering the appliances and the piping changes that were needed along with it. They did the work fully without any additional help and sent in the additional paperwork over email in a day. With the house being old, Tomas was able to also spot another key fault which could have flooded the house if left unchecked- really appreciate that! Also then being cheerful and no fuss!

I had my boiler installed by TK Plumbing last year, and this was my first service booked through the company. My experience with both the boiler installation and the subsequent service a year later has been brilliant from start to finish. Booking a time slot for the visit was so easy, and I received a text on the morning of the appointment, notifying me that the plumber was 30 minutes away, allowing me to prepare. The plumber arrived on time and was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I have recommended TK Plumbing to others and will continue to do so!

As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. I had a problem of no hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000 system . I phoned the manufacturers Gledhill who offered to send an engineer out for a fixed price repair at £399! Upon googling further , I totally lucked out with Iqbal from Rapid React. I explained the issue and he immediately said "try the reset of the thermostat ", even to the extent of a FaceTime guided call to walk through the process and sending photos of what reset button to look for. He was totally right in his assessment and voila, hot water came on . So rare in these days of botch or rip off tradespeople to come across the totally top guy that is Iqbal ! Thank you so much!

I can’t recommend Heatflow enough, I have used this company previously. I had an issue with my hot water tank, contacted Heatflow and he gladly visited my flat, even though it was last minute and over a weekend. The problem was professional diagnosed, and temporary fix was put in place with a follow up appointment booked, where the tank was drained and new parts fitted in an effective, respectful way making sure my neighbours were not disrupted. Heatflow followed up the next day to check all was working as it should be. Throughout the whole processed I was informed what was needed, transparent regarding the cost in a very trustworthy manner. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Heatflow again

Great professional service. The gentleman VJ was very knowledgeable punctual and professional with the services offered. Came out to fix a boiler for me and replace two radiators and fix a leak under the kitchen sink. All jobs done in a matter of hours to a very professional standard and reasonable rates. I called heat flow after 7pm and the engineer came with in 30 min to an 1 hour. On arrival he was polite and understanding as I was stressed about my heating all day. The prices where affordable considering the emergency call out quotes I got from other companies. He fixed a leak in my radiator and sensor in my boiler. Now I have heating back on for the winter and cosey nights again. Thank you heat Flow I'll definitely recommend this company.

Am absolutely in awe of the craftsmanship and dedication for a perfect job from Bluewater Plumbing Ltd. It was not an easy task to replace the existing bath. The previous plumbers had tiled around the bath so taking out the original, then carefully placing another in its place (plus the sizes were slightly different too) merited precision and skill. The result is perfect and which has enhanced my bathroom plus, I did not need to re-tile. It is so rare to be offered a calibre of service that is old-fashioned and dedicated. I called Bluewater plumbing to look at my boiler as the heating was coming on when the hot water was on, an engineer arrived promptly,Covid safe as well, politely asked if he could enter and went to work to fault find the problem, he did this very quickly and identified what was wrong and tried to fix the issue there and then, he was unable but quickly got on the phone and ordered a replacement part which he picked up and returned to fix the boiler. From start to finish i felt that we were kept informed of our appointment by email/text, they arrived on time, were very clean and tidy and kept me informed what was going on and what was to happen. I would and will use Bluewater plumbing again and would have no hesitation in recommending them, thank you.

Excellent communication ,very clear instructions and quick response times. They even managed to arrange an appointment on the same day. The engineer when arrived was quite professional and explained me what it needs to be done. My setup did not have a radiator valve drain off but the engineer was quite resourceful and managed to drain from the boiler using some tubes instead. I've added them on the phonebook for future use (hopefully I don't have to call them soon :) )
