Had a faulty boiler wouldn't start. Called rak plumbing and heating. Responded very quick came found the fault, which was a jammed pump. Repaired it. Charged me half the price of what other plumbers quoted. Was a lovely chap.

Great job done by Tomas and his mate! We had a very old boiler which needed to be replaced . They were diligent , punctual and worked the entire day to replace the boiler , which was not an easy job considering the appliances and the piping changes that were needed along with it. They did the work fully without any additional help and sent in the additional paperwork over email in a day. With the house being old, Tomas was able to also spot another key fault which could have flooded the house if left unchecked- really appreciate that! Also then being cheerful and no fuss!

I had my boiler installed by TK Plumbing last year, and this was my first service booked through the company. My experience with both the boiler installation and the subsequent service a year later has been brilliant from start to finish. Booking a time slot for the visit was so easy, and I received a text on the morning of the appointment, notifying me that the plumber was 30 minutes away, allowing me to prepare. The plumber arrived on time and was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I have recommended TK Plumbing to others and will continue to do so!

Tomas is amazing! After our boiler stopped working following the summer, he recommended installing a digital thermostat, which has made it so much easier for us to control the temperature. He also removed an old radiator and installed a new one in a different part of the room, and it looks great (see photo). Additionally, he added lights and plug sockets in our basement, significantly improving the space. It’s great to find someone in the area you can trust to handle both plumbing and electrical work. I will definitely be using Tomas again in the future and highly recommend him to others!

I had some issue with my bathroom floor. I called Keiran based on recommendation by several of my neighbours. He came very quickly to have a look at the work, helped me understand what what happening and what we needed to do. I chose to tile that room and he was really responsive when I contacted him to ask (even more) question. When he did the work, he was a joy to have around. He even noticed (and fixed) smaller things that could have become bigger issues in the future. Overall, this was a great experience.

James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

Had Hakeem and team come and replace a new boiler for us just before Christmas, we had a power flush and all the trimmings! Professional and polite making sure everything was tested and worked well, gave a quick overview how new boiler works, and being gas safety registered I got the certificate and warranty for new boiler for next 10 years emailed to me before they left ensuring everything was in order.
