Brother engineer has fixed my Worcester boiler in minutes, he is an absolute star he is so honest, transparent, hardworking his job is so neat and clean too. His charges are transparent and reliable. He is so helpful. My boiler was making crackling sounds shutting down, he came immediately and thoroughly cleaned all the sludge/dirt from all pipes and boiler. My boiler is working perfectly now have access to hot water and heating. He is so helpful and so kind he needed access into my below the sink messy kitchen cupboard he helped himself/cleared the cupboard to gain access, doesn’t want my help made me relaxed. I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. Hakeem came round to service and install a new timer in my boiler. Quick and efficient and delivered a good service. Communication was good before the visit, so would definitely use Hive again and would reccomend.

Had Hakeem and team come and replace a new boiler for us just before Christmas, we had a power flush and all the trimmings! Professional and polite making sure everything was tested and worked well, gave a quick overview how new boiler works, and being gas safety registered I got the certificate and warranty for new boiler for next 10 years emailed to me before they left ensuring everything was in order. Sharmin did an excellent job fixing our shower and replacing our old electric shower with a thermostatic one. Job was done in one day and he made a huge effort to not remove more tiling than was necessary. He was tidy and considerate and I would fully recommend him.
