I called Saleh as our hot water cylinder was leaking and he was over within 45 minutes. Extremely friendly, great communication to clearly explain the issue, and fixed the issue on the spot. Washer dryer was full of water and sink was not draining properly. I called at 8.30am. At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

City Plumbers are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. The work was done to a high standard, with consideration around time, speed and cleanliness. We had a hot water cylinder installed and the engineers were first class from arrival through to delivery and completion. I can't recommend then highly enough. Very personable, and thoughtful. Not only did they complete the job well they ensured everything was working and was available to answer any post installation questions we had. Thank you so much to Ash and Chris. The service provided was incredible. I had heard about them from an acquaintance some time prior, so when I encountered an issue with my water temperature I called them immediately. We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before ! The plumber was also very friendly. 10/10, would definitely call them again.

Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help. It’s rare to come across someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially when they have nothing to gain. Really impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommended!

I called Near Me Plumbers because there was water leaking through the ceiling coming from the nathroom. I then decided to update the bathroom and heating. First class service, the workmanship is fantastic. Every detail is to a high standard. I am so pleased with my new bathroom and heating, it's stunning. They are professional, nothing is a problem, communication was great, I had a daily progress report. I will be using them for other jobs in the future. I thank you so much for my beautiful bathroom.

A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. Boiler not working. Excellent customer service on the phone. Errol diagnosed the issue, explained it and remedied it in under one hour. He clearly knows his job inside out and is easy to speak with. Good pricing. I won't hesitate to used Tailored again and will refer to friends who live locally.

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We struck lucky in finding Mayfair Plumbers for a leak detection job we required. I did try other companies first but many did not answer the phone, or seemed un-interested. When I dialled Mayfair Plumbers though this was different and they answered immediately and were very positive and friendly on the phone. It took 5 minutes to explain the issue and to book the job in, which was done the very same day. Absolute life-savers. Gas had been shut off by my energy provider - Mayfair came round the same day, sorted the issues that the energy provider had found, and got the gas switched back on. They were up-front and transparent about all the costs. The gas engineer was a really nice guy - hope he enjoys the darts final tomorrow night!
