We found Alzate to provide an excellent service. It’s always hard to find good builders or carpenters but Alzate were outstanding. The quote was reasonable and the payment process was straight forward. Raul and his team were very friendly and professional and completed the job to a very high standard. We were especially impressed with Rodrigo’s work. His attention to detail and lovely personality shone through. They arrived when they said they would and completed the project on time and within budget. They were very clean and tidy! We would definitely recommend Alzate to anyone and will be using them again in the near future.

Alzate built me a cupboard in my bathroom. They were excellent in the design process as they came for multiple planning visits, provided a great CAD design and were helpful in giving updates to the design on request. The issue was that when it came to installation, the finish did not quite match the design in that the edges weren’t flush with the wall. Whilst this wasn’t possible as the wall wasn’t straight, it wasn’t communicated to me and so I asked for it to be fixed. This lead to delays and additional expenses. Overall I am very happy with the final product, thought the service of the design process was excellent, but the service at installation was lacking due to the poor communication and it has left a sour aftertaste

I'm booked Tristan for a complicated home office furniture install. He arrived on time with all the equipment he needed, read through the instructions carefully and then proceeded with the job methodically. Tristan fitted a wall ladder for me and also replaced two bathroom extractor fans. The work done was first class and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. Absolutely stunning work, higher than my expectations! Working with Tim and Steve on the design really helped as they ended up giving me far more of an aesthetic look to my media wall. I had quite a few intricate design ideas and they were all executed flawlessly. Not to forget, the whole team were so kind, friendly and super tidy. Just had an amazing floor-to-ceiling cupboard made by West London Carpentry and can highly recommend them for any carpentry service needed. They build made-to-measure and the process is very straight forward. They have a lot of experience and are excellent at giving advice/ideas as well as listen to any requests you have. There aren't enough words to describe the impeccable service of the whole West London Carpentry team. Tim was responsive and so personal with us from my first email and design ideas phase, quite literally overseeing every aspect of our work till the final minute. Jose, who was the magician who did the work in our flat is a dream - so well mannered, kind, incredibly hard working, tidy and very talented! I needed sash windows replaced ,new pointing and painting at a house in Clapham, were quickest to respond on quote, competitive and completed the work in a much quicker timeframe from me placing the order than other firms were able to offer. Very happy with the installation and quality of the windows, reliable, good communication, cleaning up and protection of the property. I do not give 5 stars out easily but nathan wilson joinery deserve it.

It's no exaggeration to say that the work Ben and his team have done for us is absolutely incredible and truly skilled workmanship. Paolo and his team (Dennis for the carpenter work) did an amaaaazing job at building a bespoke mezzanine in a relatively small bedroom with high ceilings. Paolo designed exactly what I wanted and Dennis did a fantastic job. Super nice, extremely clean, efficient, to the perfection. The structure is rock solid. It is impressive. I will ask them to do many more storage spaces in my flat in a few months. I warmly recommend them. They are just perfect.

We needed our drawers re-done in our wardrobes. It was a very bespoke project as we didn't need something built from scratch, but within an already built structure. It was wonderful working with Solid Carpentry, and the final product was beautiful! Dmitriy was attentive to all the special adjustments we wanted for our drawers and patient if we changed our minds on some details. Solid Carpentry used high-quality materials and did a great paint job. We love our drawers!!
