We are genuinely so thrilled with the wardrobes Simran and his team have created for us. I can’t believe what an amazing job they have done - true masters of the craft! Everything about SS Carpentry feels of such a high standard, from the initial consultation, through to all the design and fitting. The team were flexible, responsive, gave creative direction where we asked for it and facilitated our ideas in the best way possible. They too a difficult space in the corner of our room and maximised the storage for us. They were extremely considerate whilst inside the house, very tidy and cleaned up after the work wonderfully. It's pretty rare now-a-days to come across a small business which beyond exceeds your expectations but these guys are it!! I would 100% recommend.

Peter was brilliant. He fitted a mirrored bathroom cupboard for us in a tight space and it looks great. He was easy to contact and listened to what we were looking for throughout the process. ELB’s in-demand carpentry service is certainly worth the wait. We couldn’t be happier with the work they have done installing new floating shelves and a built-in laundry unit. Through each stage of the process, Peter was excellent and extremely helpful, he visited our site and perfectly understood what we were aiming for, he provided a digital design sketch for the project and made multiple revisions and suggestions until we were happy with the final design. The fit and finish was perfect, he even spray painted the cabinets in the colours we had chosen and was able to fit everything in just one day. We’re so happy with the results and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We recently asked Andy for help to modify a piece of furniture. He was very quick to respond and visited to see the furniture and give us a quote. He then did a great job. I would definitely recommend and work with Andy in the future. He's also a really nice guy.

Andy was fantastic. He did a great job making our very worn out front of house like new again. He was also really helpful doing some smaller jobs, fixing a floor board, grouting our back patio etc. We will definitely use him again as other jobs come up. I chose Andy because of the reviews and they’re right. He was responsive, professional, good at communication and an all round nice person. He clearly takes pride in his work and cares that you are happy at the end of the day and would go the extra mile (including literally picking up a specific paint I chose for us) to make sure you are. Also reasonably priced so couldn’t ask for anything more! Will try and update final photos later as sadly we currently have scaffolding hiding how good it looks!

Andy did a great job with our bath frame and panels. He was kind enough to fit us in on short notice after completing some other work. He was responsive, punctual, worked well and quickly and was a really nice person to work with! Andy also had the benefit of cutting items remotely so was able to keep our bathroom incredibly clean, and was tidy in general. I had a great experience with him and will definitely use him again for future work.

Andy is absolutely amazing. I've had him do loads of stuff over the last few years, including building bookcases (he's a trained carpenter), staining my floors (which he made look 1000% times better), painting, and resealing windows. He's extremely reliable and honest, and this is confirmed by a former neighbor who first introduced me to him. He's also very tidy, so you don't even know he was there after the work's done. In short, I highly recommend him!

Absolutely stunning work, higher than my expectations! Working with Tim and Steve on the design really helped as they ended up giving me far more of an aesthetic look to my media wall. Just had an amazing floor-to-ceiling cupboard made by West London Carpentry and can highly recommend them for any carpentry service needed. They build made-to-measure and the process is very straight forward. They have a lot of experience and are excellent at giving advice/ideas as well as listen to any requests you have. Dmitriy and his team are first class. I would highly recommend using Solid Carpentry for any of your requirements. He helped us design the perfect living room and storage in our small porch area. Everything was built to measure in his workshop and brought to our home and fitted in a very efficient manor. We love the final result and his attention to detail is impeccable.

I recently worked with Dimitry and Solid Carpentry to have a built -in wardrobe fitted in my bedroom so I could have more storage space. Dimitry was excellent right from the start - polite, up front about costs, arriving on time, giving me advice and keeping me updated on the job. I gave him a photo to work from and he made the wardrobe look just like it! It was also a really awkward space, the room is slightly on a slope but he made it fit just right. We have a difficult to make use of small boiler room in our flat. In need of more storage space we got in touch with Solid Carpentry. They did such an excellent job from start to finish. We recently had a cupboard installed (to which I later added slat wood panels), and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. After the designer took accurate measurements and we finalized the design, the work was completed in just two days. On the first day, two contractors arrived to construct the structure. They worked efficiently, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace throughout. On the second day, a different contractor handled the finishing touches and painting with equal professionalism.
