We recently had some traditional sliding sash windows made by Tatlow for our house in a conservation area. We are so pleased with them, great quality and they look beautiful. Colin replaced a kitchen window for us. Needed to fit in with a world heritage site. Made of hardwood and pre finished. Whole replacement took about two and a half hours. The job looks totally awesome. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. To say we’re pleased is a massive understatement. Would highly recommend Colin and team. Five Stars easily earned

Pete has made two bespoke pieces of furniture for us both of which we are very pleased with. He came highly recommended by a friend and it is clear from meeting him that Pete has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and and thus he advised us on the best solution for storage and aesthetics. He created designs after careful consideration and we are so pleased with the end products. We would highly recommend!

We had a very fiddly custom job - Peter made some oak mounts and re-purposed some original brass plates for period brass and Bakelite light switches that I wanted to fit in with our old property. It's hard to find someone with the patience to do a job like this! Delighted with result, Peter really took his time to understand and deliver exactly what was needed for a very reasonable price. Recommend!

Pete has made the perfect storage for our lounge. It's immaculately finished, and incredibly well thought through. We love it! He involved us throughout to make sure the storage met all our needs. There was also minimal disruption - with parts made in Pete's workshop and then fitted over a couple of days. Five stars aren't enough!

Pete's work is exceptional, his level of detail is something to be admired. You really can tell the quality difference between furniture which is mass produced and furniture which has been crafted with many years of skill. Yes you have to wait, this isn't something that can be knocked up in a week but rather months. He has an eye for detail that impresses and you are left with not just a piece of quality furniture, but quality furniture that will last a life time. Pete made our bedroom wardrobe with 3 sliding doors with a mid section for drawers and shoe drawers with space for a TV at the top. To each side there are two compartments for hanging clothes each section being lit up when you slide open the door. There is also down lighters and power sockets inside the wardrobe. Upon completion I asked Pete for some office storage with file hangers, this also was done made to measure with every conceivable detail. I would highly recommend Pete for all your carpentry needs.

Will and his team are superb craftsmen, professional and skilful. They replaced five sash windows, two further windows and two doors of my 200-year old house with acoya and double-glazing. I have had lots of compliments about how wonderful they look, the windows in particular being crafted as traditional sashes.My heating bills are so much lower which is an added bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending them

Will and his team removed our old vestibule and replaced our front doors with a new hardwood door and panel. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Will always answers messages and queries and was keen to make sure we were happy with the project throughout.

The guys at Brooks have been great - we've had a large bespoke landing window with stained glass replaced and fitted. We also wanted to retain the original stained glass and put it back into the new frame. Will came out and measured up - gave us a quote with a number of options - we picked the one which worked for us and then a timeline was set and Will kept in touch throughout. On the fitting day, they came, removed and took away the old window, fitted the new one, minus the stained glass, but with new double glazing. Then, a couple of weeks later they returned with the restored stained glass and finished up the fitting of it all. It looks fantastic and the house is warmer too - Sadye in the office has always been on the case as well - can't recommend these guys enough for a professional courteous, efficient service which has given us a really high quality finished product. Very pleased - would use again.

I can't recommend Doorcall enough. Booking the job was easy and quick and Neil couldn't have been more helpful. He took great care when working, is clearly extremely skilful, was brilliant at offering a couple of solutions and left the house super tidy. If I'm ever stuck again I won't be calling anyone else.

Excellent, reliable joiner. Can’t fault Steve’s work. I can’t praise his workmanship enough. Very clean and tidy. Steve fitted me a media wall alongside an electric fire. He also did a few extra jobs round my house that needed doing. Decent tradesmen are hard to find, Steve is number 1. I will be using Steve again for any other jobs I have in the future.
