Tim supplied and installed 17 oak doors and new oak and glass bannisters. What makes TWS special is that Tim provided a full service, from our initial contact to signing off on the project, we didn’t need to do anything other than make choices. It’s a big thing to hand over a significant amount of money and the security of your home to someone you don’t know. But, I had every trust in Tim from Day One and he didn’t disappoint. Tim is not only a talented carpenter but he puts client satisfaction at the heart of his work. At the end of every day, Tim sent me a progress update with photos as I was at work. Excellent work from Tim from start to finish. He carried out his work diligently and kept me informed throughout the job on his expectations and what was being worked on next. Any issues issues that were faced Tim managed to resolve by thinking outside of the box. Whilst working he kept the house tidy and was on top delivery, didn't arrive late and finished the job on time. All in all, Tim did a great job and will be having him back to replace my staircase banister etc.
