Dean built two removable bathroom units around our existing sinks. They fitted perfectly and when we had some plumbing work carried out one slid out easily. They have feature doors and removable shelving. They are a ‘work of art’ and we couldn’t recommend Dean highly enough.

We have used Dean for many years on house improvements. We have always been ‘over the moon’ with his superb workmanship, attention to detail, ideas on projects, sourcing materials, neat & timely manner & friendly nature Dean has done many projects for us including a whole new kitchen (which he project managed), new banister/rail using glass & wood, making radiator covers, numerous shelving, wardrobes, internal doors & made and fit a media wall unit, to name but a few! I used Dean for two projects around the house, and I have always been very pleased with his workmanship, attention to detail and ideas to make the project a success. Called in today for the first time . Was amazed at the variety of products available. The staff were absolutely delightful. All of them very friendly and so helpful . One chap in particular Ken took the time to talk us through electric fencing and what we would need and then helped us carry things to the car ! What a gent ! Would highly recommend this place as staff brilliant and prices hard to beat . Will definitely be back .

We at Mark 1 Fire have been using the services of Michael Pepper Joinery for the last 12 months. Since our 1st job with them we have had nothing but good service from them. Deliveries are always on time and the standard of door sets in which leave there factory is very high. We have had multiple fire door manufactures over the years but I must say the quality of the doorsets provided by Michael Pepper Joinery Ltd is impressive. Not only that the support received from the office staff to meet timescales on our projects has been fantastic. I personally have worked in the Passive Fire Industry for 15-20 years and i would highly recommend getting in touch if you want top quality doorsets.

Kerry has been absolutely spot on with all our needs and providing the doors for our hospital project ontime with a much better lead time than all other manufactures we had spoken to! Would recommend to all healthcare contractors!

Steve and his team did an excellent job replacing our arched patio door and window frame, fitted perfectly and job was completed with a minimum of fuss, on time and on budget. Will be using Castlewood Joinery again - but now I have to get in line behind my neighbours!

We had a very fiddly custom job - Peter made some oak mounts and re-purposed some original brass plates for period brass and Bakelite light switches that I wanted to fit in with our old property. It's hard to find someone with the patience to do a job like this! Delighted with result, Peter really took his time to understand and deliver exactly what was needed for a very reasonable price. Recommend!

Pete's work is exceptional, his level of detail is something to be admired. You really can tell the quality difference between furniture which is mass produced and furniture which has been crafted with many years of skill. Yes you have to wait, this isn't something that can be knocked up in a week but rather months. He has an eye for detail that impresses and you are left with not just a piece of quality furniture, but quality furniture that will last a life time. Pete made our bedroom wardrobe with 3 sliding doors with a mid section for drawers and shoe drawers with space for a TV at the top. To each side there are two compartments for hanging clothes each section being lit up when you slide open the door. There is also down lighters and power sockets inside the wardrobe. Upon completion I asked Pete for some office storage with file hangers, this also was done made to measure with every conceivable detail. I would highly recommend Pete for all your carpentry needs.

Really pleased with our bedroom wardrobes. From initial design discussions to installation, Pete has been really knowledgeable and diligent. The finished result is excellent, Thank You! We look forward to having back in the new year for a new project.

Pete has made the perfect storage for our lounge. It's immaculately finished, and incredibly well thought through. We love it! He involved us throughout to make sure the storage met all our needs. There was also minimal disruption - with parts made in Pete's workshop and then fitted over a couple of days. Five stars aren't enough!

Phase 1 (of 2) of a cupboard redesign in my son's room and I'm really happy. It has taken a while due to unforeseen circumstances but the planning and customer service has been fantastic throughout. It wasn't a straightforward project but I felt confident with Simon's plans. Quality materials used. I also feel it was a reasonable quote because I definitely did not want a botch job (and I have certainly had a fair amount of really dodgy sounding ideas from other companies). Would recommend and certainly use again. Will post pictures once the cupboard is finished (still needs painting and minor touch ups but this was pre-agreed as the best way to make sure everything is ok).

Simon responded very quickly to my enquiry and was able to do a 'short term fix' there and then to help improve the problem with my front door. He was then able to return to complete the two jobs swiftly and to a high standard (re-hanging of both an internal bi-fold door and an external front door). Price was as agreed. I would definitely contact him again for any further carpentry.

Simon came to do a fix on a floor joist in my bathroom and it was done efficiently and he priced the job fairly aswell. Quote paperwork was also profession with proper company headings and contact details. Would recommend

My garden was pretty much unusable, it was an embarrassment. Inside out restorations came along and in the space of two weeks totally transformed it into a well designed, stylish and easy to maintain outdoor space which we will use all year round. We contacted Inside Out Restorations with an idea in our heads but no idea how to achieve our goal. We started with a kitchen, dining room and snug that didn’t flow well between the three rooms. Martyn had the vision to see what space we could potentially end up with, and had the expertise to execute the vision. His communication skills were excellent throughout and he was always willing to go the extra mile rather than taking shortcuts. We are so happy with the end result, we now have an open plan kitchen / dining / living space which is perfect for our family with two young kids. Martyn & his guys are great builders, they take on board your budget and work with you to solve problems and give you other ideas/suggestions- very helpful. took conservatory down, clearing the space nicely. His plasterer did an extremely brilliant job in the garage, the walls & ceiling are so smooth. Martyn also threw in some extra small jobs for free including sorting a wonky manhole cover. Definitely recommend him & his team. Can’t wait for the next set of work to be done.
