Rafal created beautiful, bespoke fitted furniture in our bedroom, painted it, installed LED lights and a fitted mirror. I utterly recommend Rafal as he’s a hard working, talented, clean and honest carpenter who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We will call him again in the future for other jobs.

Rafal came by recommendation and has now done several jobs for us fitting custom cupboards in living room and utility, remodelled some of our kitchen and fitted over 70m3 of wooden floor. He is superb, incredibly skilled, tidy, efficient and reliable. We will be getting him back to build fitted wardrobes later this year if he can fit us in. Can’t recommend him enough.

Rafal's workmanship is to a high standard, I am happy with the under stairs storage he made and fitted. Communication was a bit tricky initially (and I was really adamant I wanted Rafal to do this job for us, after seeing his amazing portfolio!), once we passed that I can't fault him for the job done. I also have to say Rafal is a perfectionist and wasn't fully satisfied with how the door was installed, so he found a way to make it work better even if that meant a couple more hours of work. In mid 2024 we asked several local carpenters to visit to provide quotes for various jobs we wanted to be undertaken including under stairs storage, additional fitted kitchen units and various fitted cupboards and drawers. When Rafal came we knew that he was the right choice before he even sent his quotation, he exhibited calm confidence and also a warm and friendly nature. And we were pleased when his quotes were very competitive. Rafal's work was to an excellent quality. He was clear in what was achievable and good at communicating when modifications to any design were needed to be made. Rafal was great at communicating before and after the work was done, both by WhatsApp and calls, and was amazingly flexible on dates when we needed to adjust due to materials not arriving in time. As a contractor myself, I was very impressed by Rafal's van setup which is super clean and tidy and shows that he takes pride in his work and presentation of himself and his profession. I can highly recommend working with Rafal and we look forward to having him back for additional work.

M&S Carpentry did an amazing job on our master bedroom. Beautiful wardrobes, chest of drawers, window seat and coffee bar Mariusz was excellent to deal with and was really helpful. The quality was exceptional

We were delighted with the fitted wardrobes that Mariusz in our bedroom. He listened to what we wanted and made some really good suggestions that greatly improved the whole look of the wardrobes. They are beautiful and every time I enter the bedroom they make me smile. We then asked Mariusz to fit units either side of our fireplace so that we had storage space but within a setting that improved the look of our living room/dinning area. Again, he came to the house, listened to all the ideas that we had and suggested some of his own, which made for beautifully designed cabinets that are a feature of our living room and are greatly admired by friends and family. We absolutely love them. My husband and I would highly recommended this company, the men were hardworking, polite and after both installations our home was left spotlessly clean.

I had Bobby from London Carpentry solutions help me with a number of bespoke furniture items with the latest being a multifunction desk. Bobby was fantastic from helping me resolve a design detail but also help me rationalise the design to achieve my budget. Once the details were agreed Bobby stuck to the agreed installation date, arriving exactly on time and I never got the impression he was in a rush to be somewhere else. The quality of the work went above and beyond my hopes (hopefully my armature photographs do his work justice) and his care and consideration was second to none. For these reasons I have no hesitation providing a recommendation.

Bobby did a great job in fitting my slat wall and was on time and extremely clean and tidy. He talked me through the process and made sure he asked if I was happy all the way. I would recommend Bobby to anyone and I will certainly use him again for any other carpentry projects I have.

Bobby did an amazing Job spray painting our existing kitchen doors fitting new carcasses and making new matching kitchen doors where necessary and more. It’s like having a brand new kitchen for a fraction of the cost. I don’t write many reviews but he deserves a good review. He is also one of the few people that I was comfortable to leave alone in my house.

Dan has done both our staircase, kitchen pantry, and our front door- See attached pictures Dan is now our go-to carpenter for all our woodwork needs. It's really hard to find a trustworthy trades person who is skilled and takes pride in his work. Dan's prices/ quotations are reasonable for the quality of his craftsmanship. Dan built a waredrobe over the stairs in the nursery room, it was a tricky job but Dan has done it to a really high standard and we are so pleased. Dan and his team work really hard, communicate with you throughout the process and build and leave everything so tidy when they finish. Dan installed nine alcove shelves across two rooms and replaced a few metres of skirting. Very pleased with the quality of work. Dan is easy to communicate with and takes time to understand what you want. He and his colleague were very hard working and tidied up after each day. Would highly recommend and will be using Dan again in the future.

Dainius, helped build a bespoke large understairs wardrobe, a bespoke pull-out wardrobe in a master bedroom and 3 fitted IKEA wardrobes. I really enjoyed working with Dainius, he is a very nice individual with excellent craftsmanship and completes his job to the best of his ability. There were a few complications with the bespoke large understairs wardrobe due to the sheer size of the units and with the runner being able to hold the full load. Dainius is a very good problem solver but also listens to any input you may have on the issue. In the end Dainius ordered a few heavy duty runners able to hold 100kg and I ordered some pull out hangers which solved the problems. As he was doing such a good job with the bespoke wardrobes, I asked him to help build fitted IKEA wardrobes. With the IKEA wardrobes, Dainius had absolutely no issues with these, I simply let him get on with the 3 wardrobes which he completed with ease making them fitted to the ceiling/floor and walls cutting the plinth and adding in fills where necessary. Overall, I am very happy with the work Dainius has done and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to do any carpentry works in their home. Thank you Dainius for your help.

Absolute credit to Alex for the fantastic job he has completed on my cupboard in my frontroom. I was sceptical at first when he asked for a deposit, but I get the reason why he asked. Don't let this doubt you as he has completed a brilliant job at a reasonable and fair priced job. We needed our drawers re-done in our wardrobes. It was a very bespoke project as we didn't need something built from scratch, but within an already built structure. It was wonderful working with Solid Carpentry, and the final product was beautiful! For our kitchen renovations G fitted all of the units, complete with solid oak worktops, installed an extractor system, built a custom bookcase in a former chimney breast and took care of all of the carpentry, from skirting boards to door hanging. G joinery LTD is the most professional team that I have used and I have had a lot of work done on my house. The team was always punctual and completed the job as agreed without any excuse or delays.
