I contacted David from Upkeep contractors when my roof started to leak two weeks ago during the storm. And the words are not enough to say how thankful and fortunate I feel for having David repair it and the gutters as well. I can honestly say that he is very professional and skilled, and one of the most generous and kind people I have recently met. He even did some extra work on my roof for no extra cost! We cannot thank Dave and his team enough for the excellent work they have completed on my brothers roof.He had rain coming into his bedroom .and a few buckets to try and collect this.We contacted Dave he came accessed the work.managed to locate and collect the tiles .These were a very old style and have been on the roof for many years.He also replaced the much needed worn out gullies with new material .He sent us updates and pictures of his progress along the way.On completion of the work.He sent the Invoice through and left some additional tiles as spares. I received top-quality service from David and his team. He was approachable and transparent when surveying my roof which had leaks and gutters that were blocked. I employed Jason to replace our front and back gutters, and repoint our ridge tiles. The gutters were completed quickly and to a high standard. The ridge tiles were more loose than first thought and needed cementing down rather than just repointing. Jason did an amazing job. I will be arranging him to come back to sort out the porch roof. Further to a site visit to review the proposed works, Jason provided a comprehensive quotation and date for the works to be completed. Roof replacement, New Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. From the start to completion of the job Jason kept me informed of the progress each day. The bungalow has a roof area of 110m2 and the job was completed on time. Jason has done a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The site was left clean and tidy each day and skips and scaffolding removed in a timely fashion. Jason is very conscientious and hard working and a pleasure to work with. London Lead Roofing installed a lead roof on our door canopy. We were very pleased with Robert’s work. Robert arrived on time and left the property clean and tidy. It can be challenging finding top trades people these days but I would have absolutely no doubt about recommending Robert for any lead works.

Quality craftsmanship is hard to come by these days but Richard and London Lead Roofing really are quality craftsman. They replaced three lead roofs for us on a period 1910 Edwardian house, matching and replacing the existing lead like-for-like - the attention to detail is fantastic. The new roofs have really enhanced the look of the house. Very professional, responsive and works hard. Would highly recommend.

Richard came and installed a beautiful new lead roof on our porch - huge improvement on crummy felt roof there before. Richard was always easy to contact and up front. He ended up coming earlier than initially planned which was great. He was fast and efficient and cleared up after his work. We are very happy with the finished product.

Richard did a great lead-flashing job for me in a difficult location to get it all watertight. I rang on the Wednesday, met him on the Thursday and he sent the quote that evening. By the afternoon of the following day the job was complete. I know I was fortunate in timing, but Richard made it work to squeeze the job in, and carried it out for a fair price, even though short notice. I am very happy with his work, and he is a good guy to work with. Would completely recommend him for anyone who needs lead-flashing work.

Wiffen & Sons Ltd deserves more good feedback on Google reviews. Initially found them on Checkatrade with over 100 great feedbacks. Andrew was responsive, courteous and professional. I could tell he takes pride of his work and his business. It has been just over a month since Andrew and his team had redone my dormer roof with EPDM rubber, uPVC fascia board & soffit, gutter and downpipe installation. I'm impressed with the level of detail of the installation. Due to a previous cowboy's work on my fascia board and gutter (and nowhere to be found), I've had a lot of rain water running down my window like as if there was a shower hose on it. All problems have now gone away after the work done by Andrew's team. I trust this company and will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend to friends and neighbours.

I didn't think that I would be able to afford a completely new roof after obtaining a few quotes from different companies but Andrew was very understanding and after some calculations was able to complete the job at a price that I could afford, the new roof was finished in the timeframe given and was done to a very high standard. Our felt roof ripped off in the takes a few weeks ago. I was lucky enough to ring Wiffens and Sons and spoke to Andrew. He is very professional, he had our roof protected the next day, scaffolding up. Once our insurers had approved the work Andrews team came and ripped out the old roof and wood, renewed the timber and installed a rubber EPDM roof rather than the old felt and tarmac which deteriorates over time. The pics speak for themselves and the finish is great. Very happy with the results.

Sun-Room Conservatory Ceiling I had a conservatory which I was unable to use, it was too hot in the summer, it was too cold in the winter, and the cost of heating it was astronomical. Sam from sunroom, visited me and quoted for the job of underlining the ceiling. There was no pressure or sales gimmicks, just an honest explanation of the process. The price was extremely favourable, and I decided to go ahead, this was in 2021. I’ve left it till now to carry out the review because I wanted to see if any problems developed, they haven’t! Sam kept me informed all the way through the process for installation. The installation crew arrived on time, worked all day without coffee breaks and I have to state (very rarely for me) that I give them 10 out of 10 for the quality of the installation. They cut intricately around the existing profiles leaving absolutely no gaps, finished installation within the day and left the site, completely clean and clear The result - my conservatory is now a spa and fitness room, complete with a three-person hot tub. I have managed to maintain a 30° C temperature in the SPA room, even this year with the high temperatures. I also put in underfloor central heating (electrical), which has hardly had to be used even in the winter (I am in sunny Devon) and all this, bearing in mind, I have a hot tub running at 38° C (very well insulated) and have had no problems. I cannot commend Sun-Room highly enough and would thoroughly recommend them to anybody considering improving their conservatory roof.

We were in doubt weather or not to go ahead with the combined option of the insulated panels and the internal ceiling for our conservatory but now we have no regrets! The room temperature is easily controllable and noise from the rain has been drastically reduced if not eliminated completely. Thank you Sun-room, there were no pushy sales people, the engineers workmanship was top notch and they cleaned up after themselves. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Following extensive research into the options for improving our conservatory we finally settled with Sun-Room. How glad are we that this was our choice, from the initial survey visit to the fitting of the ceiling was a seamless process. The fitting by the team of two was slick and faultless and what was a conservatory has now become a room. The benefits for us are; It's warmer (as proved by recent cold nights). It's much more quiet (hardly notice rain fall). No glaring sunlight coming thought the roof. Just a whole new room.

Our polycarbonate roofing sheets were damaged badly but Sun-room offered us a roof replacement with Firestone rubber finish which came out much cheaper than other replacement options. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. The room heats up much more quickly and the rain can’t be heard now. Definitely recommend Sun-room, they were great from start to finish.

Capital roofing did an amazing job on my garage roof I have flat roof that had seen better days the lads came round stripped it right back and replaced the felt with something they callled liquid roofing, they said will be better than the felt, it now looks amazing!! Thanks to the lads at captain roofing I no longer need to worry about my valuables in my garage going rotten due to leaks 👍👍
