After 10 years of roofing troubles (leaks) with about and about half a dozen roofers later, I finally met Henry. Firstly, very polite and very professional - a rarity in the industry. Secondly, fantastic expertise and a great mindset to work. He does not like to cut corners and will take full responsibility for things he does. Again, not commonly found with others. As an investment landlord, I could not be happier to have met Henry / High Range, who I would happily refer to family and friends, my personal property and any roofing issue I have. Henry called and paid for a plumber to come to provide a second opinion on my roof because of the diagnostic complexity - that was some unexpected service. Henry and his team installed new flat roof. Communication with Henry was excellent and he was very helpful in talking through our options for repair. On further inspection damage was more extensive and Henry was able to immediately schedule a new flat roof installation. The team were polite, respectful and cleared up their mess.

A really good experience from start to finish. We had our flat roof replaced along with other repairs needed. There was excellent communication throughout the project from getting quotes right through to completion. We were promptly sent all the verified certificates. The team were hard working, polite and courteous and Andrew (project manager) is a true gentleman - a person with manners from a different era. I would highly recommend this roofing company for the quality of their work and for the excellent communication.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. The work was excellent and done very promptly, on time and within the original budget. We were updated each day on progress and sent photos of the work. Nunhead Roofing quoted for a full roof replacement. Mark was very straight forward to deal with. Him and his team showed up as promised consistently and everything was done by the book - detailed quotes, insurance back guarantee, building control certificate etc. Always responsive when asked for updates/photos. Work completed to schedule despite the really poor condition of old roof structure. Work was done with no fuss, was able to leave them to it as access was via scaffolding out front. New roof looks great. Strongly recommend to anyone needing any roof work done.

I cannot recommend Nunhead Roofing more highly. A host of problems was gradually revealed on our roof and terrace on a new build property after water leakage. Fortunately for us the problems were mostly covered by our structural defects policy and Mark was extremely helpful in our negotiations with the insurers on what turned out to be a huge roof replacement project. The quality of his work is outstanding and he was easy and straightforward to deal with.

The contract was for replacement of a pitched roof covering a pair of large Victorian semi-detached houses. Scaffolding was arranged by Mark and included in the contract. Removal of slates revealed problems with the brickwork. Mark investigated the full extent of the problems, documenting with photos. Mindful of our need to cap costs he estimated for this work quickly. Within a week of the start of work we had agreed a revised contract including replacement of some rafters, repair of the partition wall and 6 chimney stacks and new gutters. This quick and thorough action gave us confidence and peace of mind that no further work would be needed. This proved to be correct. Before removal of the roof Mark taped protective covering around the scaffolding to minimise the mess caused as slates were removed. During the work we were in constant communication, ensuring that no problems arose. The original contract estimated 6 weeks for completion and even with the extra work completion was within 8 weeks. The finished roof looks great. We thoroughly recommend Nunhead roofing, both for the method of work and the result.

We used Roofise for a full replacement of our pitched (using natural slates), flat roof (using felt) and replacing two velux windows for a terraced house in Fulham (SW6). We had suffered a lot in the past from a roofer who did not know what he was doing - word of caution for everyone to please not use any random ones as we suffered mental and financial damage from it. Marlon and his team are very professional (always came on time, cleaned up after etc) and took ownership of the work to ensure they delivery quality. They are also a part of the competent scheme so they can self certify installations as of March 2024. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again if required.
