We used Roofise for a full replacement of our pitched (using natural slates), flat roof (using felt) and replacing two velux windows for a terraced house in Fulham (SW6). We had suffered a lot in the past from a roofer who did not know what he was doing - word of caution for everyone to please not use any random ones as we suffered mental and financial damage from it. Marlon and his team are very professional (always came on time, cleaned up after etc) and took ownership of the work to ensure they delivery quality. They are also a part of the competent scheme so they can self certify installations as of March 2024. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again if required.

I have used McDonald Roofing Contractors for three separate roofing jobs on a rather complicated roof - firstly replacing a box gutter and associated drainage, secondly replacing some lead work, and finally replacing half of the roof following my realisation that a previous roofer had only done half of the work paid for. Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. Sam is very polite, tidy and a pleasure to have on site - It is rare and refreshing to find this. I was so grateful to have Sam & his team help us replace two Velux windows in our loft bedroom. These windows had been leaking for the past year whenever it was windy and rainy. Initially, the plan was just to replace the flashing, but Sam discovered that the wooden frames of the old windows were actually rotten. Not only did he secure great discounts on new windows and flashing for us, but he also identified rotten wooden battens underneath the tiles. He went above and beyond by replacing the damaged battens as well as some broken tiles, all at no additional cost to us. The work was completed swiftly and professionally. Adam and his team were fantastic. They replaced two flat roofs for us that were cracked and leaking, and fixed any other issues they found like the rotten ply wood under, some broken tiles and guttering brackets. Adam is very honest and kind, it’s a pleasure to work with a trustworthy trade. He was able to schedule us quickly knowing we had an active leak. Excellent service and quality of work. Attentive, friendly and diligent professional. Our roof was leaking, he knew exactly what was wrong by looking at the old roof (previous fibre glass workmanship was sub standard hence roof began to leak). They came around promptly, started and completed until all was done. He listened to what we wanted (take old roof off and start again) and carried out the job. Other roofers just wanted to go on the top, which was just putting a plaster on the problem. Good thing too, as it was rotting! Would definitely recommend. Give them a call and find out for yourself. Was fully professional from start to finish. He was horrified that the previous extension had a 12 inch wide lead valley gutter all done in 1 long section - so original valley gutters had tears causing leaks and was barely wide enough to havecan underlap under the tiles. Now we have an 18 inch wide lead gutter down 2 valleys and has been done in sections as per Code 4 Lead Manual and using copper nails as per code. No fuss at all and job was done promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Scotts Roofing Ltd., not money grabbers and do an honest job. Would use them again and would recommend to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. Secondly, fantastic expertise and a great mindset to work. He does not like to cut corners and will take full responsibility for things he does. Again, not commonly found with others.
