I called Yousef after a large leak in the roof following torrential rain. He was out the next day looking at it and by day three he had started work. October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear. I had a new roof installed by the team Steve, John, Paul and Patrick and the other workers. The team were ever so polite, made me feel at ease. I was instructed about every step that they were going to do. They did an amazing job. They also cleared all the debris leaving my yard just as they had found it. I would highly recommend them. Great guys, I asked if they could fix a couple of tiles that had shifted or had fallen entirely. Popped round within 2 days. Fixed them, and cleared the gutters and removed an old sky dish. All part of the service :) Thank you.

Paul and his team were excellent. They were knowledgeable and efficient, and very conscious of making sure floor coverings/protectors were used for moving equipment through the property. Thoroughly recommended.

Required a roof inspection to solve unknown water ingress so called Roofs Limited. They were round very quickly and provided an excellent report and assessment of the numerous problems we had with our roof. The pictures and report were then used to find agreement with original building company to come and address problems. Excellent service, very professional report and I have no doubt the work woudl have been of the highest quality had we been using that service also.

I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout. I felt that he assessed thr job properly, offering a solution without trying to go for the most expensive option. I had quotes from other companies who either seemed disinterested or who quoted for the most expensive solution without really looking at alternatives. MP Roofing came up with a plan that was reasonably priced but thorough. It's also reassuring that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend MP Roofing and would definitely use them again if we have further roofing jobs in the future.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. I'd be more than happy to recommend Matt to a friend if they were needed work done.

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

The level of professionalism and customer dedication comes effortlessly with this Company. They are in a league of their own From the initial consultation with Lee, through to the two super efficient ladies, Gemma & Chelsea in the office, it's teamwork all the way. My roofing team Dave & Dean were incredible. Absolutely True Craftsmen (yes they do still exist). What hard working dedicated guys they were, turned up on time, every day and you could see they took great pride in their work.They have the ability to talk to you and not at you, ensuring you understand the various stages and happy to talk you through even the smallest detail, engaging with the neighbours when needed and always so respectfully. Everything was left swept up and brushed down at the end of each day. I followed my instincts when I met Lee. He's not at all pushy, just confident, and thats because he knows he can afford to be with such a good team behind him I can thoroughly recommend this Company. I am very very pleased with my new roof.

I cannot recommend Lee and the team highly enough. Steve and Aaron are extremely knowledgeable and true craftsmen. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are happy to advise on specific details and finishes to ensure the finished result is in keeping with the original detail.
