I have used NHS dentists for quite awhile and had repeated repairs to a chipped tooth where the fix doesn't actually fix it. I have been using St James Dental Surgery for nearly 4 years as a private patient variously fixing cheaper dental work that recurs. I have nothing but praise for the quality of work, guarantee of the work and value for money. The staff are always professional, understanding and accomodating to my needs. The dental care is top class, and I won't go anywhere else now - even though I have moved away from the surrounding area.

Dr Dadoun has a lovely bedside manner and is great with the kids. He will often advise the least invasive approach. E.g. when other dentists have advised expensive procedures, he has knowledgeably explained why that is not necessary. Therefore, when he does recommend something, you know it is worth doing. He has helped to make the dentist a calming place to be, not at all scary.

Would highly recommend St James Dental Surgery. I had some dental work done and a had my teeth straightened and bleached. Was so happy with the result and being really nervous, Maurice was really patient and went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. He really is an excellent dentist. Thanks again

One of the best costumer service ever I had, I got prices from at least 10 different dental practice to take out my stitches after implant; average price was between £65 to £79. Here they charge me £50 with excellent costumer service. Thanks a lot!!!

Highgate Dental Practice After a poor experience at dentists as a child I am a nervous patient. However, I trust Stephanie as my hygenist to work her magic - which she does because she sets herself high standards of care. My dentist Vanessa is amazing. She communicates well and today she completed some minor dental work swiftly. I hardly knew anything was happening. It means my level of anxiety has reduced a very great deal.

I recently got invisalign and Dr Joshi has been fantastic every step of the way. He's very good at explaining exactly what he's doing and why, both at a macro and micro level, he's very thorough in his diagnosis of potential problems, and he's been happy to correct small issues to make sure I'm comfortable. All that's to say that I trust him and I've always felt fully informed about my treatment. Can't recommend him enough, and I'll continue to get checkups here as long as I live in the area.

I joined Smiles by Hillside at the beginning of this year and it is one of the best things I have done! The team are always proactive, friendly and accomodating which really helped me to schedule appointments and treatment plans to suit me. From my first visit, I was impressed by the Dr Joshi and Angelika's professional and thorough approach while always taking the time to talk me through their assessments and recommendations. I completed a treatment plan including a period of Invisalign which went very smoothly and I am delighted with the end results. I would highly recommend Smiles by Hillside and thank them for the great work that they do!

Smiles by Hillside is always a very welcoming and friendly practice. The advice given is very clear and procedures are as comfortable as possible. I have been very happy with the care and treatments I have received over the past few years at the practice. *Update* I continue to receive excellent treatment here. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Harry, he was very thorough but also gentle and reassuring. Technogy is all very cutting edge and used to excellent effect.

I came to Dr Josh and his wonderful team to help me with straightening my teeth. They went above and beyond to offer me the best service. Their professional and caring attitude not only has left me with the perfect smile but as a result we have now joined as the whole family with this dental practise having been in our previous practise for 10 years. I recently swapped practices and chose Crouch Hall Dental Care based on a friend's recommendation. My first appointment was with Dr.Anne and I am very grateful that it was. She is an amazing dentist and a lovely caring person genuinely concerned with what she is doing. She has been fundamental in helping me develop a positive treatment plan. I’ve always had a great experience with Crouch Hall Dental! In particular Anne, she is very gentle, kind and patient. I’ve always been pleased with any treatments I’ve had with her. My praise goes to Dr Natasha Rawlings whom I've been with for a very long time (since early 1990's!), so shame on me for not doing this a long time ago! I have always been accommodated in terms of 'wanting to see Natasha only' (!) as I trust her explicitly and with good reason. No request, question or issue has ever been too much or too big for her, and with my daughter now also a patient of hers, there is nowhere else we wish to go! Patient, caring, very professional and hugely experienced we know we are in good hands - this included today where Natasha yet again looked after me....in all senses! Dentist Anne and hygienist Anna are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, helped me fix a few issues and I'm really happy with the care received every time. Highly recommend the clinic!

Dr Sammy McCulloch did an amazing job with my upper front teeth. He repaired a chip using the latest composite and simultaneously set to work ‘concealing’ the gap between my two front teeth that always bothered me - more composite, but you’d never know. Not only did he create a very natural overall look (shape, size and alignment), but he also used the composite to even out the fluoride discolouration that has always made me hide my smile. Many thanks, Dr Sammy, for your attention to detail, thoughtful follow up appointments and for doing such a fabulous job.

We have visited Middle Lane Dental for the first time today with my 4 year old son. From the moment we entered we were greeted by very friendly female who directed us downstairs to wait for our appointment. Our appointment was right on time without any delays. Dr Anne and her assistant made us feel very welcomed and made my son very comfortable without any fear for his dental check up. On our way out my son was spoiled with 3 stickers for being a good patient which made him super happy. Highly recommend and we will be back to see you again in 6 months 😁

I went to The Finchley Dentists after a recommendation for Composite Bonding and couldn't be more happy with the result! I'd chipped a front tooth recently which left a large chunk missing. Dr Ash and his nurse Nicole were very friendly, professional and the procedure was completed quickly and painlessly. The quality of the finish is such that I can't tell where the chip was now. I highly recommend this practise and will be returning.

After a disappointing experience with my local dentist failing to correct an aching tooth after a year, where decay had not been fully extracted and simply covered by a filling, with no follow up, my search for a north London endodontist for root canal treatment led me to Ash at The Finchley Dentist. The whole procedure lasted only an hour and was smooth and pleasant; no pain despite a double dose of anaesthetic. Following the treatment, and some days for the anaesthetic to fully wear off, the aching completely vanished and I am writing this in gratitude and full recommendation for this practice.

I was a really nervous patient and Ash was great and really calming. I had a wisdom tooth out and a few fillings and both were a super good experience. He talked through the steps and put me at ease.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was quite frightened at the prospect. I found this to be an excellent dental practice . The receptionist was friendly , welcoming and efficient Dr Sugan Shegar was also excellent , very thorough and willing and patient in explaining clearly all my questions . Dr Sugan Shegar did a fantastic job on front tooth composite filling. Looks better than before it chipped. His patience and understanding of my not wanting to lose wobbly front tooth, trying to come up with alternatives other than extraction is examplary. Staff always so friendly and a special thanks to Anna that got me a cancellation appointment. Been with them for over 10 years. If you can get an appointment I would highly recommend them.

My partner had an emergency appointment with Dr Jitesh Ladwa on 9th Oct 2024 and he was absolutely amazing. Amazing Service and care for his patient. 6 previous dentists through NHS 11 could not be bothered to do an extraction and kept referring me to the hospital or my regular dentists which I did not have and I suffered with this tooth ache for over 2 years. If it was not for Dr Ladwa care for his patients my partner would still be in pain. He didn’t care about money, he just cared for our wellbeing.

Amazing experience! Staff is friendly and professional and Dr Ishtar Mahdi is fantastic - gentle, thorough and highly skilled. Strongly recommend!
