I’ve been going to Anna for years, and she never disappoints. My hair always looks good and I love the colour she does. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Hannah gave me a great haircut considering I was a new customer and my old haircut had grown out considerably. I was very pleased with the result, and would recommend her without hesitation. Hair-Tribe is also in a pleasant location, not far from the Oliver Tambo recreation grounds, the Sunshine Garden Centre and the coffee shops along the parade.

Had such a lovely experience here today. I had the lovely Anna, she helped me choose the correct hair treatment for my hair. Definitely will be going back.

The spa is actually in a cute little shed thing. Its a pretty little room, with spa music playing. There was some noise from outside but then, this is London. My therapist Nao was lovely and took my allergies into account, switching out the grapefruit containing product for a kaolin one. I had the kome-nuka steam deep cleansing facial. The steam was lovely and warm and soothing. The facial massage was really relaxing, then the extractions were done which I personally enjoy but if you havent had this done before be aware it pinches. Nao gave me a neck and shoulder massage while the mask set. This massage was the perfect pressure and really helped loosen up my sore, stiff neck and shoulders (I am a rather tense person 😅) There wasn't a scalp massage as mentioned on the site. Nao finished by giving some advice on my skin type and recommending further treatments that could help. This treatment was really good value for money too. I can definitely recommend Rikyu and will be returning as soon as I can.

It was a birthday present from my wife and I had an 90 minute aromatherapy massage recently from Maiko Pantan and it was the most incredible 90 minutes. Great technique and professionalism I felt both relaxed and elated. I floated home ! This place is a local gem

My mum and I had the most relaxing experience ever with Rikyu! The booking process itself was very smooth and Emi and Maiko’s emails were very kind and informative. They were also very flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule due to an unexpected illness. Upon arrival, Maiko greeted us with a welcoming smile and led us into a peaceful and quiet little shed. I specifically liked that it was only my mum, Maiko and me in the whole ‘building’, as it made the whole experience even more private and calming. I booked the Kome-Nuka steam deep cleansing facial treatment and i can honestly say, i haven’t been this relaxed in years! Maiko was extremely gentle throughout the whole process, yet applied the perfect amount of pressure on my face and neck. She was also very attentive and reassuring when i asked to reduce the steam a tad bit. The room itself was very serene with quiet relaxing music, so i could really let myself relax and enjoy the treatment. The heat felt really nice on my face and the massage was absolutely divine! Thank you so much Maiko for your lovely work, my skin and my mind feels extremely rejuvenated! We will definitely be back!🥰

Such a great experience by a professional team! Had LVL and brow lamination and I'm very happy with the results 😊 they look so natural and the attention to detail Tina gave was everything! Aftercare was also really well explained and I could tell Tina cared that I was happy with the results. Can't wait to use them again!

I am so impressed with Rachel’s talent. She’s completely transformed my hair! She was super friendly and accommodated me and boyfriend so well. She gave us water and made me a really tasty cocktail! The store itself was so beautiful and cosy. I was able to get some very aesthetic pictures in there. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She also gave me a list of her best suggested products to maintain good hair health , look and feel. She’s also doing it at the best prices! I saved around £100 with her!

Miyuki understood my hair, the cut I wanted and how well it would suit me straight away. My haircut was completed quicker than expected and it was perfect. The cut still looks good a month later. She also did not recommend me to do expensive treatments that are not necessary. This place is a rarity.

Very efficient, friendly and skilled hairdressers done with great panache. Always such a relaxing visit with classical music and the most wonderful, beautifully carried out head massage and hot towels. The hair cuts are suited to my long straight hair and for the price, there's no better place in Muswell Hill.

I have been going here for 3 years now and every hairdresser there is fantastic. I am not too fussed about who I get when I book because I know nothing will go wrong. I have lots of hair and a lot of hairdressers don't know how to cut it very well but the Japanese are brilliant! I would thoroughly recommend going here for cut/colour. Also the head massages are fantastic!

I've been to Oriental Beauty Salon twice and am always so pleased with the quality of their service. I've had bad neck pain for a few months now and after seeing Cici I'm feeling much better. Cici is lovely, the space is very clean and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Really impressed with this service! I used CiCi for a Hollywood wax, she was thorough and professional. I will be honest I’ve had some bad experiences with wax’s in the past but definitely this wasn’t one and she made me feel at ease. Cici was able to offer both strip and hot wax which worked brilliantly for me. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again!

Had a fantastic H20 facial at Oriental Beauty. The venue is easy to find and plenty of space to park on the street. Cici greeted me with the biggest smile and talked me through the facial and recommend the facial that would suit me. My skin is glowing feeling amazing with my skin feeling amazingly hydrated and soft. I would highly recommend this place for facials and can’t wait to use their other services.

I don't write many reviews but I thought it would be worthy of me to add a review for Hera's Salon. In the many years I have been having my hair cut, I'm middle aged :) I can honestly say that Ali the owners attention to detail, precision and layering and shaping of my hair is best in class. I High recommended to all. The tea they provide is good too!

Ali is one of the most talented hairdresser I have ever known. He is very good at his job and advise you to best suitable option depends on your hair quality... I strongly recommend him, just pop in just even for consultation.

If I could add another 5 stars I would. I called the salon to let them know I would be bringing my 3 week old daughter as well as running slightly late and they were very understanding and polite. Throughout my appointment my daughter only woke up twice in her buggy and they didn’t become frustrated at all and while I was getting my hair done they sat me in a seat closest to my buggy. Ama’s son also sat beside my buggy and kept an eye her throughout my appointment voluntarily which I couldn’t be more grateful for. I have quite severe PTSD when it comes to having my hair done and haven’t been to a hair salon in nearly 10 years, nor have I allowed anyone to wash my hair in this time as I become very anxious. Thais (my stylist) was the most gentle yet thorough stylist I have ever experienced and she made me feel so comfortable. She washed my hair perfectly and even massaged my scalp, as well as not getting any water in my ears which is one of my biggest fears. When straightening my hair she was very careful and throughout the appointment, made sure I was okay. When trimming my hair, she showed me how much she was going to trim which a lot of stylists do not do and she did not go past the length we agreed on. Every member of staff I encountered with during my appointment was so lovely and accommodating. Ama herself was so kind and attentive. She’s done an amazing job with this salon and they have definitely gained a new regular customer. Thank you Thais and thank you Ama! ❤️

I was there for the first time and hadn't made an appointment, although the store was already full, Maria somehow managed to squeeze me in. The reception was extremely friendly and courteous. Although the store was very full, everything seemed very organized. I am grateful and satisfied for the professional and friendly service.

I got my hair done at Ama’s salon nearly a month ago, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! First of all my hair still looks great even though it’s almost time to take it out, booking the service was straightforward and the website has plenty of detail about all of the services offered. I booked in for single plaits medium size, and they are so beautiful. The energy of the salon is friendly and the braiders and stylists dedicated time and hard work to get my hair looking perfect. Clean parts, neat plaits like I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Next time I will add to the notes that my hair is long and will take time to do,to avoid taking up the braiders time, it was my bad I didn’t realise quite how long it was before booking 😭 my apologies for this. Ama you have created a lovely, warm atmosphere at the salon and you have an incredible team of hardworking people there ❤️. This was my first time getting my hair done in London and I think I’ll find it hard to go anywhere else. They filmed some really cool videos after my hair was done but I forgot to get them sent to me 😔 but I have these pictures that I took!
