A modern and clean massage shop with very professional masseuses. The strength of the massage was perfect! When I visit Richmond again I will certainly have another massage at Beauty Spot.

I've had a great experience with Sepi on my laser hair removal journey. Sepi is always personable and reassuring at every appointment. I booked a course of 6 treatments for ingrown hairs on the jawline and neck area. I have now completed the 6 courses and so far the ingrown hairs have been greatly reduced. This is really positive as I've been battling with this issue for a number of years and it's the first time I have found a treatment that has worked. Thanks again to you Sepi.

I cannot recommend Edward James highly enough! I had a haircut with Dejan and he was an absolute pro. He listened to me and my requirements, gave feedback and made suggestions and in the end delivered the best hair cut I have had in years! The hair cut is so good that even after washing my hair at home, it looks beautiful. To top it all off, the whole experience at the salon was amazing, from start to finish. I had such an amazing haircut with Dejan, who was so thoughtful, warm and lovely not to mention incredibly skilled. I don’t think I’ve ever had a hair stylist make me feel more at ease in the chair. He took so much time to ask questions about what I was looking for / lifestyle/ hair texture etc and really tailored a haircut that was right for me. Plus, he even gave me some great quick styling tips to use at home. Thank you again for such a fantastic haircut and a friendly experience, I will be back soon!

I came in last Friday for the first time, and Anita removed my old BIAB and did a pink varnish manicure for me. I CANNOT BELIEVE how good it still looks, 11 days later. I have never had a standard polish manicure this good before. I’ll definitely be back!

Georgina is a great hairdresser and very experienced. She has done my hair and that of my 3 girls for years. She is lovely and it is a real treat to go to her. I love the treat of offering cake and coffee. Can highly recommend her!

I am very picky about who does my aesthetics because I am an aesthetic practitioner myself. I always go to Rhiannon. I have had botox, filler and profilho over the years. I cannot recommend her enough and have enjoyed seeing her in the new clinic as one can have a fantastic hair do at the same time. She is highly skilled in aesthetics.

Very happy with my hair colour, I wanted to colour my hair without bleaching and at the same time didn't want to ruin the karetin treatment I had done few weeks back. Zack and his team took good care of my hair and he also suggested a colour that would suit my skin tone better than what I wanted. My sister and I turned up as a walk in after contemplating where to go and it ended up being the best decision ever. We got a lovely welcome when we walked in and I got a cut by the director during their October deal and my hair has never looked better! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m not a very talkative person but even just from my body language he knew exactly what to do to give me the haircut I’ve always wanted. I asked for a specific cut and we talked about what I liked about it and I left with a haircut that as he said “you’ll be able to wake up and go without needing any styling” and he did not lie! I have never been happier with my hair whether I straighten or wear naturally curly, so thank you to him and everyone in his family business that made mine and my sister’s visit enjoyable.

Shobha is absolutely amazing. Nobody does eyebrows as perfect as her. I have been coming for her facials for a few years now (to her previous and current location). She massages my face during the facial so well, my skin looks years younger afterwards. Shobha is extremely patient, knowledgeable and flexible and her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I have been coming into this salon for 3 years. Sally cuts my hair, she is a great stylist , confident in her approach but always ready to listen to my hesitant and inept descriptions of how I would like my hair and typically makes sense of my descriptions so I emerge from the chair pleased with the results. I also have my hair dyed on a regular basis. Highly recommend the salon. Easy parking lovely coffee and very nice staff.

I love this beautiful salon tucked away in Richmond. Georgina the owner is absolutely an amazing colourist (organic colours only - yay!!) and her hair cuts are brilliant. I have never had such healthy hair and I finally have found a hair stylist who listens to me and gives me a stunning colour that lasts.
