Eigile is a absolute hair goddess. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted when going in and she helped me decide on a cut style and explained in depth different Balayage options she could do. I have never loved my hair more and feel ready to take on the summer. I will most definitely be visiting again. The rest of the team was extremely kind as well.

Having curly hair (very different from straight!), this was the first time in at least 10 years that I did NOT have to use a hairband upon leaving the salon, only to go home and wash my hair to find out what damage had been done. Francesco listened, had genuine experience, and didn't talk endlessly while he was focused on my hair. I walked out with a style that I can work with, not just a cut. Also, deep-house on the sound system with very nice coffee. Perfect. See you again soon.

Alessio did my hair and honestly wow. He was so gentle with the wash, gave me an amazing massage. He cut my hair exactly how I wanted it with the perfect layers and the blowout was amazing. I asked for some waves/curls. I am definitely going to make this my regular hair salon!!

Not only did they book me in super last minute and were very accommodating, Elif really took the time to understand what I wanted and cut my hair perfectly. After so many years with short spiky hair, I decided to let it grow a bit… but then chose Leninha to do my first “style cut”… I really loved it. Darron is the absolute best colourist, he took me from blonde to vibrant red, and it is perfect! Highly recommend!!!

Darron has been my colorist for more than 7 years and he is now also taking care of my 3 eldest daughters. It is going to sound a bit cheesy to say but he did change my life. Thanks to his creativity, intuition, and incredible talent he has given me a new look. He is techinically extremely skilled but deep down he is an artist. My daughters (aged 14, 16 and 19) also adore him. Darron adapts to individualities, he knows how to listen and also knows when to suggest new ideas. I really cannot say enough good things about him.

A brilliant experience. No hanging around and straight to it. Turning my darkest brown hair to blonde in a 6 hour period is no easy feat. Bleach didn't irritate my scalp and my hair still feels soft. Big thank you to Freya and Jenny for doing such a wonderful job.

A surprising tardus type salon on 2 floors tucked away from the madding crowds of Portobello road and Westborne grove. Its nestled amongst artisan chocolate shops and pristine cafes. Be aware there is no disabled access at the entrance which l suggest they consider remedying during 2022. I didn't ask if they had a portable ramp. The lighting isn't strident, the decor vaguely Moroccan ( photo of bench seat) and the seats comfortable. The staff are really polite and it's obvious they have a loyal customer base. Every effort was made to lift my petite 5 ft 2 inch frame high enough at the sink so l didn't get a wet back during my hair wash. That extra care was much appreciated. I walked in looking like a dull grey root haired lady and l emerged an elegant plum plumed swan. What a difference majirel colour makes to your confidence. I had a public event the next day at which l made quite an impression. Thank you Erin for the much needed transformation.

I visited Townhouse nails for the first time and I had the BEST experience all thanks to my technician Gosia! I definitely picked the luck of the draw with her because her years of experience definitely reflected in her quality of work!! Gosia also gave her creative input, which I was so grateful for being a nail newbie, which ultimately led to me having a set of stunning looking nails! The nails themselves lasted so well!!! My whole experience was incredible and I really feel it’s all down to Gosia!! The location of townhouse itself was great and the venue clean, their infection control procedures were really reassuring!! A great first visit and cannot wait to be back!!!

This was the best manicure of my life! I got gel extensions. First of all the girls were so lovely and friendly. Gosia did my nails - I didn’t really know what I wanted and she helped me find the right look, trying out different nail shapes. She was so detail oriented checking the nails from every angle and polishing off every imperfection. The nails turned out beautiful and very natural, especially for gel tips. They use a method I haven’t seen before where they shape the gel around your nail instead of using plastic tips. Couldn’t recommend higher!

Tony is absolutely fabulous, he had such a great energy, very welcoming and accommodating especially as I had my son and cousin with me. I trusted Tony with his advice on how to style my hair and he confidently cut away to the length we spoke about which I am grateful for. I can say, I am definitely not disappointed and I absolutely love my hair cut, it had given volume to my hair and had given my hair new life. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with hair dressers and honestly he is one of the best. His staff were also lovely even though our encounters were limited. They still smiled and had a warming presence to them. Will be definitely be coming back to get my hair done again.

Stephanie is a super talented extension and hair artist - I'd never go anywhere else for extensions since I found her. She uses the best virgin Russian hair and blends it so expertly no-one realises its not my natural hair! Stephanie is also a lovely warm person - full of good chat and advice - I always look foward to my visits. I also bring my daughters here to get their hair cut and Victoria always does a fabulous job on their hair. The whole team make you feel super looked after and indulged - a real treat to be in such expert hands.

Fantastic salon & very well presented with her own range of hair products. You can only attend by appointment only as she is an award winning hairdresser and stylist, Stephanie Pollard didn't cut my hair but David her assistant hairdresser did. He first wash it with their own organic shampoo and conditioner while I was being massaged by the chair. I was then offered a hot drink with some biscuits. I felt very relaxed and revigerated, very professionally service. Would highly recommend. 🌟

I have been having extensions for several years now and have had them installed by a few of the top salons in London but wasn’t happy with either the hair quality, colour match and have had my hair damaged by bad installation before so when I went to Jack I wanted extensions but I also wanted better hair health. My hair is fine and processed and damaged. The keratin extensions he put in were superb quality, light to wear and looked very natural in my fine hair. We expected them to stay in for around 8 weeks and Jack was keen to hear if I was having any issues and gave me lots of tips on aftercare. My extensions lasted 4 months and they were still in perfect condition when I had them changed today. The only reason I had them changed is because my hair had really grown and I was worried about them catching. Both he and Daniel (who is taking care of my colour ) have been amazing at giving advise on getting my hair back to good health. I would highly recommend them both!!

Highly recommend Samantha Cusick. Avalon does a great job with my color and am always very happy with the result, while also being such an enjoyable appointment. She has found the perfect balance between keeping me as blonde as I like but still keeps the right amount of depth so the grow out is seamless and natural between appointments. Tereza is quite literally the only person I trust with my hair - she has done both my cut and colour and has listened to my every word and understood everything I’ve wanted and more. She is truly so incredible and I feel so lucky and grateful to have found her. She is also incredibly kind, friendly and so humble despite being the most talented hair stylist I have come across to date. I have been seeing Angelica for a few months now as I want to improve the quality of my hair, which has been previously damaged from heat products, colouring, sun etc. Angelica has been really helpful in suggesting natural products to help with the frizz and dullness of my hair- and the oiling and hair mask seems to be helping. Today I tried the Ultra Glow treatment and the frizz in my hair is so much better! My hair feels healthy and looks shinier with one treatment but doesn't feel flat or heavy (which can sometimes happen with hydrating treatments.) The UV light on the hair was pretty cool too- had never seen that before. I would for sure recommend this treatment

Finally I found a hairdresser in London that understands my needs and what I would like to achieve. I moved to London in 2020 and it was not until I met Angelica that I managed to say I have a “go to” hairdresser here. She is helping me restore the health of my hair to make it grow and she definitely understands which highlight colour I want. She is always open to give you advises on how to care for your hair without selling a product just by guiding you using natural oils, etc. Beyond being a professional she is also really friendly and social.
