My first visit to Salvatore for a wash and blow dry was impeccable not only the quickest blow dry ever in less than 30mins and the best. Will definitely go again and 100% recommend this salon.

Salvatore is the guru of the 'sun kissed' effect. I have never seen this anywhere else, but it's a type of colour /highlight that is VERY natural and looks like you've been in the sun for a few weeks/months. He does this on my daughter's hair and it's simply fabulous! Grazie mille.Salvatore

Sascha was great. Prompt start time to appointment, professional, efficient and thorough. My only comment is that I’m used to hot wax rather than strip wax in some areas, and I didn’t realise this wasn’t going to be used when booking (not available at salon); but this was possibly an error in assumption of mine when booking as it hadn’t specified on the website that hot wax wasn’t available. Wouldn’t, however, stop me booking again. Great service, and great beauty therapist.

My sister and I turned up as a walk in after contemplating where to go and it ended up being the best decision ever. We got a lovely welcome when we walked in and I got a cut by the director during their October deal and my hair has never looked better! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m not a very talkative person but even just from my body language he knew exactly what to do to give me the haircut I’ve always wanted. I asked for a specific cut and we talked about what I liked about it and I left with a haircut that as he said “you’ll be able to wake up and go without needing any styling” and he did not lie! I have never been happier with my hair whether I straighten or wear naturally curly, so thank you to him and everyone in his family business that made mine and my sister’s visit enjoyable.

First time and needed a pedicure before my holiday. Admittedly it was near to closing time, but Anthony was very welcoming still and accommodating considering I'm a guy and not common for a male to go into a predominantly female salon. Very good experience and happy with the pedicure and would definitely be coming again.

Sam is very professional and has very delicate hands for eyebrows threading. She listens to our needs and delivers a great service. Her facial massage is also amazing. You leave feeling refreshed and super relaxed.

Everyone at this salon is very friendly and customer service is the best from the new owner to the therapists they are so accommodating. It has such a tranquil and spa atmosphere which is great for when I go for my massages (ask for Monica she’s brilliant). I find the decor is very welcoming for both genders and not just females, as some places are very pink and fluffy which makes me feel out of place, but not at BTS Beauty. Would highly recommend and look forward to my extraction facial with Celine next week.

Amina is one of the best hair stylists I have come across especially where other stylists have struggled with my hair type. Amina is extremely professional, punctual and attentive. My hair quality has only improved since the time I have been going to Amina over the past couple of years now. If you are looking for a stylist who genuinely cares do give Amina a go- couldn’t recommend her enough!
