Had the best experience at Athena Mortlake - really great shellac manicure and eyebrow threading and henna tinting. Super friendly, informative and incredible service too. Would 100% recommend and will be a regular from now on!

Lovely place for beauty treatments in East Sheen. Serena is gorgeous and offers so much! I had a massage and threading, and will be going back to discuss laser treatments and maybe a facial. Really happy to have found her.

Salvatore is the guru of the 'sun kissed' effect. I have never seen this anywhere else, but it's a type of colour /highlight that is VERY natural and looks like you've been in the sun for a few weeks/months. He does this on my daughter's hair and it's simply fabulous! Grazie mille.Salvatore

Beyond brilliant - I have wavy/curly voluminous hair that I just get thinned out so it's easier to maintain, but I Salvatore fundamentally changed the way I see my hair. I trusted the process and he really listened to everything I said and sculpted the most beautiful haircut explaining what would suit my face shape. He also gave me loads of tips and advice that I've already implemented. I wake up with bed hair and it still looks stunning. I keep catching glimpses of myself and I can't quite believe it's me! I went in for a curly cut and color for my hair on Friday. It was my first time with Amina but definitely not the last! The service was exceptional, from the detailed consultation, she took the time to understand what I wanted from this appointment and my future hair goals, to the thoughtful tea tray with biscuits and nuts. Amina was super attentive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Dean for a haircut, balayage, and blow-dry. The cut was precise and flattering, the colour was beautifully blended with a natural finish, and the blow-dry left my hair looking smooth and voluminous. Dean’s attention to detail and expertise truly showed in the final result. On top of that, the service was wonderful—warm, professional, and attentive. I have been going for 8 years, and he has always been consistent and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my colour from Dean. The salon is nice & bright with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The head massage I had was one of the best ever! My only criticism is they didn't put any product in my hair when they styled it (heat protection would have been good). Apart from that it was perfect!

My sister and I turned up as a walk in after contemplating where to go and it ended up being the best decision ever. We got a lovely welcome when we walked in and I got a cut by the director during their October deal and my hair has never looked better! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m not a very talkative person but even just from my body language he knew exactly what to do to give me the haircut I’ve always wanted. I asked for a specific cut and we talked about what I liked about it and I left with a haircut that as he said “you’ll be able to wake up and go without needing any styling” and he did not lie! I have never been happier with my hair whether I straighten or wear naturally curly, so thank you to him and everyone in his family business that made mine and my sister’s visit enjoyable.

I have been going to Sinead Kelly for a while and I really like the team there as.they are good, listen and make you feel very much at home. I see Zoe who takes incredibly good care of my hair both with cut and colour and I cannot wait for my next appointment with her.

I was fed up with my postpartum hair and luckily I was able to grab the last available slot with Nick on a Friday to chop off my hair. I am in love with it and I can tell right away that Nick is skilled and experienced with such great energy (even at 5pm on a Friday). So glad I found this salon so close by!!

Had a Keratin treatment with Nick a month or so ago; very happy with the results. Nick is a very good and knowledgeable hairdresser. He adapted the treatment to suit my hair type. I will certainly be returning again; my new go-to hairdresser in Richmond (borough).

Aeysha fit me in very last minute for my lashes. Was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I was very particular with how I wanted them and she got them spot on I am in loveee with this set and will definitely be back!

Everyone at this salon is very friendly and customer service is the best from the new owner to the therapists they are so accommodating. It has such a tranquil and spa atmosphere which is great for when I go for my massages (ask for Monica she’s brilliant). I find the decor is very welcoming for both genders and not just females, as some places are very pink and fluffy which makes me feel out of place, but not at BTS Beauty. Would highly recommend and look forward to my extraction facial with Celine next week.
