I first started going to salon after a really bad baylage from another salon. Morgan really listened to me and took time to understand my wavy, very thick hair. I’ve never had a hairdresser cut my hair so well has Morgan, it sits perfectly every time (which isn’t always easy for my type of hair) I also wanted colour but after Morgan tested my hair it wouldn’t be strong enough, I’m so grateful I listened to Morgan and waited until my hair was in better condition. Today Morgan done my colour and I absolutely love it! Her technique and the time she takes has made my hair look incredible! I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you, thank you! I would highly recommend especially for those curly/wavy girls out there!

I recently visited The Hair Lounge Cheam for a balayage treatment, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. Molly is a true artist! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. My balayage turned out even better than I imagined! The color is so beautifully blended, with a perfect transition between shades that looks natural yet striking. My hair looks sun-kissed and healthy, and I’ve received so many compliments! The salon itself is clean, stylish, and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with my balayage! I highly recommend Molly at The Hair Lounge Cheam. I had my hair done for the first time yesterday at the Hair Lounge in Cheam village by Mollie who was fantastic, she really listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. She did a great job highlighting and cutting my hair taking her time to get it right I was very impressed. I would highly recommend 10 out of 10 Will definitely be returning

I visited today for a wash cut and blow dry, after using another hairdressers for a while which was nearer to my work. I'm so pleased I came back. Adele did a wash cut and blow-dry, she listened and carried out exactly what I wanted and styled slightly differently than I had and I loved it ❤️. Excellent cut and service and I came mid week so there's an offer on, which is exceptional value, I would of paid more than double for not a good cut elsewhere. Adele is a lovely young girl who's very talented. The salon is also spotless and bright and inviting and all the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Would 💯 recommended

Shaniece has previously done my lips and non surgical rhinoplasty for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She also is very professional and keeps you at ease throughout procedures, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Highly recommend

Fantastically friendly and talented bunch of people. I had my hair done for a wedding here. Great up do with curls everywhere and a classic finish to the front. We had a trial run and was impressed with the 12 hours my hair stayed in place after a night of clubbing. The final result was even better, 24 hours' worth of dancing, wind and [7 hours] sleep and it still looked the same... and would have lasted longer had I not scratched my head forgetting my hair was done up. I'd recommend them to everyone. Know what you want and they'll do it beautifully, but even if you don't, they have lots of ideas and will help you come up with something to suit your style.

I had a gift voucher from my sister in-law for a full body massage for Christmas , Today I used the voucher . AMAZING !!!! The salon is stunning , as soon as you step through the door you can feel the relaxing energy. I went in with so much stress and left feeling like I was floating! I have never felt so relaxed. Emily is amazing , so calm and friendly. I had a really great experience and definitely will be treating myself to a massage asap ! 10/10 for the whole experience this morning !

Before Emily had Primrose Beauty I visited her on a few occasions for full body massages which where always relaxing and reasonably priced. On this particular occasion I visited the salon for a full leg wax. Emily was polite and friendly as usual. The waxing itself was pain free and I'm happy with the results. Emily is fantastic - it’s always 5 star service - consistently. I’ve used primrose beauty for quite a few years now and it’s the best waxing in surrey for sure! What an amazing experience. Emily has such a caring but professional way about her and is so very gentle. Left the salon feeling absolutely amazing and each time I catch my newly enhanced eyelashes in the mirror it makes me feel amazing all over again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Where do I even begin? The staff in headmasters are so so respectful, and honestly the kindest staff I’ve met. Their dedication and professionalism is beyond words. I can’t give them enough praise. They really spend all their hard work and their efforts to make you feel comfortable with your hair, the length, treatment and so on. They are especially helpful when giving advice on what’s best to use on your hair, and what to avoid. Their products range is very good especially for the price it’s worth, I strongly feel it leaves your hair very shined, healthy and nourished. I have never had any complaints whatsoever in headmasters Sutton. This will always be my favourite salon to enter when it comes to doing my hair. The staff also make sure the salon is clean, presentable and someone ready to answer any enquires or questions you may have over the phone, payment etc. They also ask to hang up your coat or bags and offer you beverages. They also have lovely conversations with you whilst doing your hair which makes a huge difference in your day as well as their day. The massages will always be my favourite part of doing my hair as it’s very relaxing haha :) God bless each and everyone in Headmasters Sutton, you are all such a pleasure to have around , so so lovely and kind and to also trust in doing excellent work on all kinds of hair. They really take into consideration of clients at all times. The sales that they do occasionally; are so considerate, and great to have for clients. Last time I had my hair done by the lovely Rihanna, I’ve seen such a huge difference in how healthy my hair has become now that I’ve snipped it, had treatment done, blow dryed it, coloured it without applying bleach. I have never felt so much more confident and more comfortable with my hair now. Before we had done so, she mainly made sure to ask questions related to my hair, (I had also done a patch test before dying my hair) when the last time it was dyed, if it’s healthy enough to dye, and what products I use to style my hair as it’s quite curly. That itself; shows how professional and hardworking she is and how staff care about safety of clients at all times. I have been a client of headmaster Sutton of over a year now. Kara has absolutely transformed my hair and my confidence. When I go to the salon I am welcomed by all the staff and genuinely made to feel like I am at home! All the staff are so helpful and always ensure to help if I am in a rush. The state my hair was in before I went to see Kara to now is such a transformation! From the products and treatments she uses to her technique I am always left speechless ! Headmasters is one of the best hair salons in Sutton. I had booked an appointment with Kara today to donate my hair. After we cut off 14 inches, she was very helpful in suggesting the different haircuts that would go best with me. We finally decided to do short layers and Kara even did some shaping cuts to accentuate my features. Finally, she gave me some tips on how I can best take care of and style my hair at home. I would definitely choose Headmasters Sutton for my next haircut and even recommend this place to my friends and family!

Have been going to Emma for the last 3 years, she is so lovely and talented at her job, I wouldn’t even think to go anywhere else now. She saved my hair from falling out due to bleaching/heat damage without telling me to go back to brunette. She always does a fabulous job and I’ve had a lot of different things done with her (highlights, balayage, keratin treatment, cut and blow dry) she always gets the colour right and does what I have asked for😊

Had my first haircut with Livia about a month ago and I love it! I hadn't had my hair cut professionally in a long while and she did a great job. Only comment is slightly untransparent pricing meaning it was more expensive than I was expecting (prices on the website were starting from £x but I couldn't see what the actual figure was) but it was worth it for a great cut that is growing out really nicely.
