Summer is a cruel season for a person like me who has crazy frizz hair. I’d been spent almost an hour to make it tame, but it wasn‘t easy all the time. That is the reason I feel I’m super lucky to find JOY hair salon. Joy (the owner, hair designer) got my hair done with Straightening perm. The result makes me so happy. My hair looks literally so shiny, silky and smooth. I don‘t need to put too much time and efforts styling my hair which used to be so much stress. The hair salon is also very clean, spacious and cozy. I definitely become a regular here 👍🏼👍🏼🌹🥰😍.

Had my hair cut after not having any haircuts for over 2 years almost and I was sad to see some length go but it was for the best as split ends will continue to split up the hair shaft and cause breakage to the healthy hair. My hair hasn’t felt this thick and had this much volume in years. Before I went to this hair salon I was convinced my hair was thinning and I was losing hair when I had breaking hair that made it feel thin and weak. I couldn’t recommend how quick and amazing this service is. Would recommend to everyone as my hairdresser has been in the industry for over 20 years and knows exactly what she’s doing. She is amazing and thank you for saving my hair from continuing breakage. ❤️

1st time visit to Serenity Beauty. I had the most lovely facial with Asta. Beautifully clean salon and very welcoming. The facial I had was very thorough, relaxing and excellent products were used which was all very kind to my skin. I recommend this salon and will be returning again.

I get my lashes done (hybrid extentions) by brooke and omg they are amazing. They make me feel so happy and more myself. She does an amazing job and ive had no issues having them done, they are so comfortable and doesnt even feel like i have any on which is amazing. Highly recommend 😊😊

So pleased that I've found this little gem upon my doorstep! I needed to find a new salon to get my highlights done after many months of my current salon letting me down. Booking was so simple, all online. I went in and showed Shimi what I wanted and she did a hell of a job! I am so so soooo pleased with the result of my highlights, she exceeded my expectations. She even went above and beyond and gave me a couple of Kerastase purple shampoo sachets to send me on my way as I was a new client and helped me out with parking when my metre had run out! The other girls were wonderful too, especially Maisie. I 100% recommend Shimi's rather than all of the big high street salons.

The best ladies hairdressers in Surbiton. Visiting Surbiton for the summer of 2023. Tried most of the salons and found Shimi's place most welcoming for tourists especially wheelchair users.

Shimi is an amazing hairdresser. She really takes time to understand your hair and how to get the best style to suit both the texture of your hair and your face frame. Very friendly salon, and I would say the best in Surbiton.

I booked an appointment with Jo, having seen the high ratings of Salon No.13, and I am so glad I did. Jo was incredibly friendly and we had a lovely chat, but more importantly, she worked wonderfully with my hair. My hair has a bit of a natural wave to it which I am getting used to, and she suggested a cut that worked well with that wave. My hair is also long, and hadn't been cut in a while, but she was able to take off only an inch or 2 to take it from straggly with split ends, to luscious and healthy - long hair people know the struggle of losing hard-grown length at every haircut. She gave suggestions and tips of minimal things I could do to make a big difference to my hair. Plus, reasonably priced. Overall, a great experience and haircut, which I have already recommended to others, and I will certainly be going back.

My hair has never looked so good!! I had a consultation with Andrew before my appointment to chat about the colour change and cut I wanted. I wanted to get rid of the orange and yellow tones and be cooler in tones. At the appointment he did exactly what I wanted,the cut too. I’m so happy with my hair now, I’ll definitely be going back there now when I need to. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing,the other members of staff are a happy bunch of people too. It’s so great when you finally find a hairdresser you can trust! Update 29/01/25 …Have now visited this salon several times and each time, I have left with a big smile on my face. I would never go anywhere else now. I completely trust Andrew and his team and I can relax!!! Don’t hesitate to book!!!

I’m Obsessed with the results! Went in for a curly wispy full fringe/bob & a wet cut. I have very thick, dry textured curly hair and The stylist (Lilly) cut my hair beautifully and I just loved how my curls and my fringe came out. Really pleased with the service and friendly staff. Honest review: I highly recommend Sahar to all those beautiful women who want to enhance their beauty. I travel almost an hour just to get my lashes and eyebrows done by her. I trust her work; she pays attention to details with kindness and patience, and she delivers exactly what I ask for. While sitting in the salon, I noticed all the girls admiring themselves in the mirror after Sahar finished their eyebrows and eyelashes. They were amazed by the results, saying 'WOW'. she is the best

I’ve been going to Sahar for my brows and lashes for a couple of years now. I took a break when I moved away and my brows/lashes didn’t last as long or look anywhere near as good as when Sahar does them. She is very friendly and knowledgable. I always leave really happy. I would 100% recommend.

Has waxing last week with Aimee. I have been to many places and came across this salon and though let me try. Wow! I haven’t had such a professional therapist before. Aimee made me feel so comfortable I met her for the fist time but I left feeling like I’d know her for years. A lot of salons lose the personal touch and the girls don’t care about the client your just a number. This place doesn’t. I rebooked and will be back soon! Thank you Aimee

What an amazing experience! This was my first visit to spirit of beauty and I have to tell you how lovely it was. I had the best neck back and shoulder massage I have ever had. My back was so knotted from sitting in front of a screen all day. When I walked out I felt like I was floating. That was a week ago, and since then, no headaches no neck ache, I honestly didn't think that was possible! I have already booked myself back in for a full body massage!! Don't hesitate to book, I wish I had gone sooner!

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a positive experience with Aimee that I felt I had to! Bikini waxes are never the most comfortable experience but it was the fastest wax I've ever had, without compromising the end result. Aimee made me feel incredibly comfortable and it was also very affordable. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had a million dollar facial done by Emmy and not only was it a relaxing, peaceful appointment but my skin felt the best it has ever felt! After suffering with my skin for a long time, I felt confident and glowing after my facial! I recommend Sandy and the Sandy Beauty team in general , since I went the first time to have my lips done with her I felt safe, she is a very professional and kind person, every time I go for my top up I leave happy, I plan to have my eyebrows done with her soon , she is really good at what she does, I think that if in the future I decided to do more aesthetic treatments that have to do with my face I would go with her without thinking about it, she is dedicated to her work and has a lot of knowledge in what she does. I came across Sandy’s work on Instagram, and although I don’t live very close, I was sold! Sandy really listened to what I wanted, and very carefully analysed my face and advised me on some beneficial treatments. She was the loveliest person ever and has very friendly staff and a clean and cosy place. Sandy offers a variety of services all very fairly priced and worth the quality. I am so happy with my lips and how they look. She was very reassuring and careful and talked me through everything. I am a very happy client and I will definitely be returning for other treatments. Could not recommend Sandy enough! There is some parking outside which is not for free and also a Sainsbury’s for shoppers.

Shenèe listened to exactly what I wanted and did a beautifully natural full head of highlights (something that in my experience is hard to get right!) and a really clean cut and blow dry. With the countdown to my wedding on I’m very happy to have found Ward & Cross and Shenèe!

Had my hair cut and blow dried by Dace a few weeks ago and she did an amazing job! I am super happy with the cut and the blow dry lasted a few days! The salon itself is very welcoming, everyone is very nice and polite. Would highly recommend.
