I had a wonderful experience getting my haircut at Charlotte Cave in Clapham a few weeks ago. My stylist, Jordan, was fantastic. As someone with curly hair, I’ve always been nervous about stylists cutting it too short. However, after talking through my concerns with Jordan and sharing what I wanted, I felt completely at ease. He truly listened and made sure I felt heard and understood. I trusted him with my hair, and the result was exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be returning to him for my next haircut!

A beautiful serene nook, filled with nature, plants and a sky light, next to Clapham Common, it is a great friendly and professional vibe to Charlotte cave hair studio. I loved how Benz did my hair and we had a great chat from grand pa birthday, to our shared Interest in charity work, life in London and how we can find positivity in daily life rather than thinking grass is green on the other side, all of this while getting an amazing hairdo and smiles on our faces. Its such a treat going to Charlotte Cave for my hair, it’s one of those total “me time” blissful trips as the people and the salon are divine. I go to Lauren for a cut and blow dry and have been going to her for years so she knows exactly what I like, however she will always suggest a bit of creativity to keep things exciting (layers/a fringe/a different style blowdry). I was going to say if you live near you should try it out, but I live well over an hour and half away and if that journey doubled I’d still go, I couldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I’m a client for life.

The staff at Millies Longe were incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Millies was particularly skilled and attentive, ensuring that each treatment was done to perfection. The salon itself was spotless and had a relaxing atmosphere. The treatment rooms were private and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort of the experience. Brow Shape and Tint: My brows have never looked better! Millies shaped them perfectly to frame my face, and the tint was just the right shade to complement my skin tone. Legs Waxing: The legs waxing was quick and surprisingly painless. The results were smooth and long-lasting, and Millies made sure to remove every stray hair. Underarm Waxing: The underarm waxing was done with great precision, leaving my skin smooth and irritation-free. Every time I visit London I book a treatment (or two!) at Millies.. last visit (a week ago) I had a pedicure, manicure, express facial and Gua Sha facial treatment. All of them, absolutely wonderful. The best manicure and pedicure I've had - such thorough, professional, meticulous treatments. And the facials were excellent- incredibly relaxing, outstanding, of the highest standards. The salon is really relaxing, lovely surroundings and I would highly recommend Millie and her team x

I get my hair dyed & cut with the wonderful Lena - she is incredible. I’ve been to her for the last year now and my hair has never looked better. The experience she has, and the level of care and attention she gives me every time I sit in her chair is something I have not experienced before - I won’t be going anywhere else and highly recommend to any blonde.

I love coming to visit Head South, I can honestly say it is my favourite hairdressers. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming not to me but also to my dog Twiggy. I have been to Head South a few times and every hairdresser is very talented and listens to what you want without compromising the health of your hair. Each time I have left with an amazing natural looking balayage that I am really happy with. I can’t wait to come back to get my hair wedding ready :) See you soon!

I have had highlights for 15+ years needed to have my hair done 6 times a year minimum. After moving to Head South with Emilie I now have balayage and only need it doing twice a year. It grows out perfectly, looks natural and my hair is so much healthier. I couldn’t recommend Emilie and Head South more, she is absolutely lovely and the salon itself is gorgeous, being there feels like a treat!

I go to see Emilie and she is the most amazing person and hair artist! I always love how she blends the blonde foils to cover my grey hair and respects that I want a low maintenance option. The salon itself is lovely and warm, bright and modern and they really make you feel welcome. They have a range of appointments available including where you can have a quieter appointment if needed. Go to have a consultation with the team at Head South, you won't regret it!

I have been coming to Be U for my nails for some time now. Both Myia and Jodie are really professional, pay very close attention to detail and my nails always look fantastic. They are really friendly women who chat to you throughout, all of the staff in the salon are really lovely so I enjoy coming here. I’d highly recommend it, plus I always get compliments on my nails!

Amazing service from Alesio: he has been cutting my baby (and now toddler’s hair for the past 2 years), he is super gentle and gives great hair cut. We had tried 3 other kids hairdressers before but once we found Alesio, we never looked back. I strongly recommend him!

I would like to thank the amazing Bella for doing my hair I have natural Afro/ very curly hair and she completely transformed it. Heir generation is the only hair salon I will ever feel comfortable using and I have been coming here from around the age of 15. Manager stylist Fiz, was absolutely amazing... really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Fiz, Ivett and Kui was really friendly, lovely and chatty. Super Friendly Service Stylists for both Female & Male Excellent work every time. Great Product Range Highly Recommended. Fizz - Is super cool, really understands your needs and is very easy to talk to. She will be able to recommend you some treatment for any weather and activity. She will help you understand your hair and recommend good products which dont hurt your scalp etc. Always go here when ever we can & sometimes even go just for a quick chat & do get some hair products....

This review is specific to the Hair Academy at Heir Generation. I had a bleach and balayage done by Natalia. I'd recommend this place to someone who doesn't care for prosecco/tea/coffee/water served to them, but wants to walk out with quality advice and an amazing hair transformation that doesn't break the bank. What to expect: Because the students are still in the process of learning you'll see and hear Fiz the manager giving them advice on how they can improve what they're doing and feedback on the process. The experience may therefore take longer than normal. Staff: Natalia did a fab job of my hair as you can see from the photo. Natalia is training at the Academy and she was quick, adapted to feedback given by the manager and offered great advice on what I should do with my hair. Customer experience: As someone who had 'virgin hair' beforehand, I had no idea what I was talking about and the staff at the salon ensured that I felt comfortable and confident with the new style I was going for. They made sure to customise the hair cut and colour to my lifestyle too which showed their experience and professionalism. Why not 5 stars? I loved the experience and definitely will go back as I trust Natalia with my hair, plus love what she's done with it. But leaving the salon my hair smelt funky, of bleach maybe? And the shampoo/treatment I've bought from them doesn't smell incredible either. But hey, you are getting a 5/5 hair transformation.

An excellent salon in the heart of South London. As an artist I've been generously sponsored by this lovely team of talented hairdressers and make up artists and I'm very grateful. This is a really nice branch of Toni and Guy. I go during a week day and it's never been crowded. The receptionist is friendly and genuine, and the salon is appropriately laid back, i.e. you're not going to be judged if you don't walk in with a fresh set of acrylics and the last episode of Love Island fresh in your mind. My fringe is cut with surgical precision and I'm not subjected to idle chit chat about my holidays while she does it. I've always been offered a drink and last time there was also chair massagers whilst I had my hair washed. Win-win.

Smiling & welcoming receptionist(forgive me if I’ve got the name wrong)Italian beauty, Sammi was the first person to greet me & as I was returning to T&G(I made the mistake of thinking all hairdressers are created equal & as qualified as T&G!!)& made me feel very welcomed(she makes a mean cup of coffee). Nicole was my Style Director & as we’d had a previous consultation she dived in & rescued me from looking like a bag lady to someone with a beautiful style to be proud of. Best haircut in London — and possibly ever. Samantha gave me the perfect bob after literally years looking for someone who wouldn’t botch it on my very fine, very straight hair. Friendly hairdresser, great advice. I first entered the hair dressers and they offered me a drink and also offered my children snacks! My 9 year old had anxiety getting her super long hair cut and she dealt with this brilliantly, my daughter left the hair dressers very happy and confident and I couldn’t thank her enough. 100% the best salon in London and my favourite place to be! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marney is incredibly talented colourist and stylist and the salon has been proudly recognised for this multiple times. I’m always asked where I get my hair done by friends, family and even by strangers around London. Marney gives my hair that wow factor with stunning colour and the healthiest conditioning and care. Crystal has styled my hair amazingly and Ellie I’ve had the pleasure of knowing just as long as Marney.
