Sarah is very kind and friendly. I have recently started laser hair removal after years of waxing. I had so many ingrown hairs which have already started to reduce. She pays attention to detail and given me some great advice on what to do in between sessions, especially as I struggle with ingrowns on my legs. I think laser is the best investment and you should get it done from Sarah as she knows what she is doing and will make you feel comfortable throughout your experience.

The best hairdresser ever, after trying many places my hair was very damaged but fortunately I've found Mirage, now my hair is healthy as never . Also this place has a skin care treatments that are very pleasant to treat myself besides my hair in one day, Zena is very professional and she really cares to make you feel comfortable, I've done a facial treatment twice and it is simply divine and very affordable. And what about my nails?? Also doing here, my nails looks nice and the color last for 3 long weeks, Jazmin is amazing, very caring and loving. The approaching to the customer is beyond everything, highly recommended. The whole team are simply amazing!

Very happy with my hair colour, I wanted to colour my hair without bleaching and at the same time didn't want to ruin the karetin treatment I had done few weeks back. Zack and his team took good care of my hair and he also suggested a colour that would suit my skin tone better than what I wanted. My sister and I turned up as a walk in after contemplating where to go and it ended up being the best decision ever. We got a lovely welcome when we walked in and I got a cut by the director during their October deal and my hair has never looked better! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m not a very talkative person but even just from my body language he knew exactly what to do to give me the haircut I’ve always wanted. I asked for a specific cut and we talked about what I liked about it and I left with a haircut that as he said “you’ll be able to wake up and go without needing any styling” and he did not lie! I have never been happier with my hair whether I straighten or wear naturally curly, so thank you to him and everyone in his family business that made mine and my sister’s visit enjoyable.

I used to go to expensive hair salon chains but I am so glad I found this little gem and switched to an independent hairdresser! Mak is very experienced and professional but also friendly. I received an excellent service for less than what I used to pay elsewhere but definitely better quality and skills. I am delighted with my hair and will come back!

I have gone to Mak several times over the last 7 years and could not recommend him enough. His skill is top-notch, he is proud of it and takes it seriously. He always offered me his professional opinion but always respected my decision and than worked out the best hair cut which I was happy with. He comes from a family of hairdressers. His wife Lina is always helpful and adds multiple skills to their successful business. They both create a friendly atmosphere, returning there is easy.

I absolutely love how brilliantly Monica (Mak's daughter) coloured my hair and was also willing to alter it after a week if I wasn't pleased. Her patience and professionalism was top notch. Something I want to flag is I had called to get a quote (over the phone it was 45-55). During the hair colouring I was informed it was 85 along with the toner and I would get a discount. However, after the blow-drying, they confirmed it was a total of 114 and with the discount it was 97. Honestly, that was a shock for me. I later enquired and found out that it's around 100 pounds everywhere. But as a first timer in London, I which I was told the complete cost of it. Would I recommend getting your hair done here- 100%. Just make sure to ask the right questions to avoid hidden costs.
