An appointment was easily arranged with smooth communication throughout. The work was carried out promptly, on time and efficiently. There was more than one smallish job and the electrician listened to me and was happy to help, meaning all work was completed to satisfaction. The price was most reasonable, too. I couldnāt be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Faultless. I called up with what I feared would be a difficult job given the light I wanted installed weighed 2 stone, but the appointment was made for the following day and the team dealt with the installation efficiently and in a friendly manner. Communication was fantastic and even the payment portal was super easy to use. I wouldnāt hesitate to recommend (and Iām not easily impressed!) This was truly fantastic service.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

I called āEmergency Electrician Londonā after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didnāt leave a message as I thought Iād just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall Iām very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

Omid has been professional and has given excellent and sincere advice for all of our home renovation requirements, which actually goes beyond electrics and includes other renovations as well. His work is excellent, timely and clean. Will definitely be using again, š FYI, no job was too small & my work included (not all at the same time but in intervals); Wallpaper removal, full skim and paint. New architrave, skirting and door installation, New fuse box and fixing internal wiring (fully certified), Extra sockets including one in the center of the wall for wall mounting tv, Replacing bath radiator and valves, all other handyman tasks suck as curtain pole installation etc. Work was exquisite, will use again :-)

Benjamin responded promptly to sort out an emergency loss of power late on a very cold day. He was able to isolate the problem caused by some building work and restore our heating. I was impressed by the logical way he worked through the various possibilities to locate the fault. He visited again to repair the break in the lighting circuit, without damaging the ceiling. He also lengthened the main cable, in preparation for a smart meter being fitted. He communicated well with us, explaining exactly what was needed at each stage. His assistants Matt and then Nick were polite and efficient too.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and work of Benjamin and his crew. Benjamin takes the time to explain in detail what the problem is and how it will be fixed, giving options. Because of the extent of the work, I had 5 workers in the house and all of them were polite, clean and respectful. I was very impressed with Benjamin from the outset. He called me back straight away (on the weekend) when I couldnāt originally get through. He is articulate and organised and answered all the questions I had. He requested the information he needed which I provided and he promptly came back with a quote. He turned up on time, and communicated with me throughout the whole three week process from appointment confirmation to performing an EIC and then returning to rectify the issues he found. He brought a polite and competent team with him to do the work. Whilst it was not cheap, his prices are transparent on the website and I believe he was worth every penny as he gave me reassurance that he and his team had performed a thorough job.
