Can’t praise Impulse enough we was having a new kitchen fitted. From start to finish they required the whole kitchen, adding extra sockets , arranged a plasterer to smooth over the horrible arterx ceiling and fitted down lights. We engaged Impulse for an old office rewiring in Blackheath. As our fuse box kept tripping when heating or under heavy load. Charlie was very up front and professional throughout clearly explaining what works needed carrying out. His team were tidy and courteous, they worked around us time wise to minimise disruption to our business. The quality of work was spot on with no nasty surprises. Honest traders are hard to come by, glad we used them. Would recommend without question.

We recently hired Impulse MEP to fit a ceiling light in our home, and couldn't be more impressed with their service. Not only did they arrive on the same day to complete the job, but they also went above and beyond to help us source the dimmable bulbs required for the fixture, which did not come with the light. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I highly recommend Jack. I have had numerous electrical jobs done by Jack over several occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the results each time. Some of the jobs he has undertaken and completed to a high standard range from; A new fuse board, outside sockets, lights in loft installed,, cctv installed, ring door bell installed, light fittings changed, double sockets placed, outside security lights installed, electric shower installed. Jack was always punctual, tidy and friendly and very reasonably priced.

Excellent Electrician comes in and gets cracking with what work I required which was new sockets x 6, a new fuse board, And making safe some faulty switches that kept tripping and other fiddly bits. Had previously used in an emergency and was super impressed at the time keeping and especially the written pricing NO hidden extras full breakdown of costs given! In the end price was a lot cheaper than what Was actually quoted as quote covered every possible eventuality or scenario. You definitely know what’s included in the pricing. Very pleased as overall price was a lot cheaper than other Electricians plus the work and result was very very good! Mark is extremely professional and a rarity is he arrives guaranteed when he says he will! Great customer service throughout and updates and excellent aftercare. The receptionist Toni is fantastic answering any queries I had. MTR Electrics Ltd is family run and would be my go Electrician if I ever needed one for the future. Also got a 10 year guarantee on the work completed! I expected the electrician to take longer than he did but he was super quick and very considerate and thoughtful when doing the work due to Autistic adults in the house and their tolerance to power being turned off for hours! Mark has just completed his 3rd piece of work for us. He undertook an EICR report a couple of months ago and has today finished the resultant remedial action. Richard has done a great job providing the lighting and fans in two bathrooms for us and we’ll be getting him back in for the next soon. He is very knowledgeable and provides product recommendations, but is also happy to accommodate what we want and make it work for us. Mr Richard and the team were extremely professional and diligent with the services delivered. The works included a mixture of decommissioning / new circuitry, main / niche lighting and extraction fans related to a new bathroom installation. Subsequent to the main project, additional works were commisioned related to our main fuse box and electrical car charger. Richard and the team were very responsive, efficient, good attention to detail, fairly priced and very pro active in helping with various electrical solutions across our house. Mr Fuse Box is also supported by a strong administrative team (Ms Taylor) which meant all queries, bookings, quotes were responded to very efficiently. We used Peter's services twice after entering into proceedings to purchase our first home - once to do an electrical installation condition report (EICR) prior to purchase, and after purchase to fix the issues he had flagged. Throughout our email correspondence Peter was always very professional and helpful, and we were able to schedule the work at very short notice, which was great! Prices were reasonable as well. For the 2nd part of the work my partner actually met Peter in person, and she told me he was a delight, very friendly with a great sense of humour and absolutely knew what he was doing. We know that if we have any electrical issues again that we'd go straight back to him. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a skilled electrician!
