Monty was able to resolve the issue with my windows (which had stopped working) after I had taken my car to 3 separate mechanics who all couldn't. He was considerate, methodical and spotted a few other things that needed attention and fixed those too. He helped me find the right window motor and fitted it in a few hours. Will definitely go back next time I need something fixed. Thanks Monty!

Monty did a quick diagnosis and gave a cost estimate before starting work on our car, and the work was turned round quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. We don't think you will find better service, care and prices than here, as the very personable Monty really knows his onions.

I was looking for a nice chandelier for my changing room for over 2 weeks, i searched everywhere form Amazon to Mayfair.com but couldn't find what i was looking for, Little that i knew there is a gem closer to home Mr Eddie of M.P.Electrical. Eddie is a local star of east London, very helpful and sincere local businessman. I needed after sale service and Eddie was there to help with upmost sincerity. Today i went and bought a work light and again he helped me and that work light has helped us to work out doors in dark evening. Very happy with chandelier and now second purchase LED very bright work light again very happy with that too! 100% satisfied with both purchases and very happy with Eddie's help... This is a great good old fashioned shop. Lovely lights and all the electric parts/supply /fittings advice you need. The guy Edward who works there is so helpful goes above and beyond and a little off topic he is easy on the eye ha ha....!!!

This is an absolutely amazing shop and a hidden treasure of East Ham. The selection of lights is outstanding and the customer service is the best I've had. The sales manager Edward could not do enough for us he was so friendly and kind. Will recommend and be back again 😁

MP Eletrcial are the best, Eddie is very knowledgable and helpful, provides excellent customer service. Mr Patel is the don when it comes to fitting and altering lights, they have really good staff throughout their company. I have used them for years and recommend them to anyone who wants any type of light as their prices are very competitive, their light range is huge and they can get you almost anything you want and because they are just generally nice people to do business with and care about a customers needs which is a rare find nowadays.

I had a leak from my toilet which affected my smoke alarms. I was lucky to find Trusted Electrical, they were so professional and organised. They fixed my smoke alarms and painted my ceiling downstairs where there was damp. I'm already planning to use them again to move my electric board as the whole experience of dealing with them was so positive. They worked in a timely manner, were friendly and kept my home clean whilst doing the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician and painter.

Aziz arrived an hour after I called and from start to finish he was courteous, diligent, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step and answered all of my questions with great patience. Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Aziz arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. He and his colleague fixed my bathroom light switch and installed 2x sockets just as I wanted and ensured everywhere was left tidy. Highly recommended and I will be using his services again.

Fabulous electricians - great problem solvers and their work is first rate. Worked hard all day and left the room clean and tidy at the end (including putting floorboards back into place after having had to lift them). We have used their services before and recommended them to friends who were equally delighted. They are our “go to” electricians!

Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. They’re really respectful and careful of your home—shoes off, no touching of freshly painted walls, tidied up after themselves, vacuumed etc. They really know their stuff, I’ll be recommending to anyone who asks if I know an electrician!

Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Bravo, what a sensational business you run. I give at least 6 stars for Lloyd Hallowell Electrics!

Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

From my first interaction, Lloyd and his team have been responsive and helpful. They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. I hadn’t expected to see Aziz again so soon after he came on an emergency call out a few weeks ago, but yesterday I drilled through a cable in my wall while putting up shelves. On a Sunday. Actually I could have wept. I called Aziz/Al Amin electrical services and he was able to come out, and with the minimum of fussy, cut out the section of the wall with th cable, repaired it, and I have just filled it with some Big Hole filler from screwfix!! I was so so grateful for his yet again excellent service, and I highly recommend him. As before, he was calm, knowledgable, and explained everything well. Unlike other electricians I have used before, he was not phased by having to go into a wall or whatever. I highly recommend him, and as u mentioned in my last review, he is also NICEIC registered, which is the best registration service for electricians in the U.K. and it just gives me extra confidence. We spent a month with no bathroom lights waiting for our estate agent who said they’d resolve the issue. We decided to find someone ourselves and contacted Aziz who fixed it in a day. Great service, fast and clearly very experienced.

Aziz was the most experienced technician who visited my house to give me a quote to replace the fuse box and install an RCBO unit along with a cooker switch. He was the only one who noticed my house did not have water or gas electric bonding and explained the risks of not having that. While the job ended being a little bigger than the other quotes, it seemed to me other electricians were offering a lower service job and not really taking into account the whole electric system of the house, given that the works involved something so central as the fuse box . Aziz was also the only one to offered an electric certificate for the house, having tested it throughout. As for the price, his quote was around the same price as the other electricians that visited the house.

I've had two service appointments with these electricians and would highly recommend! They're easy to communicate with, arrive on schedule, polite and courteous when in my home. In addition, they repaired my bathroom fan and it is now working well.
