I needed to source an electrictriain for my elderly grand parents they needed someone they could trust moving forward as they live together by themselves … I contacted EXELON Electronics who provided a great service, polite friendly and professional from beginning to end. Price was the price no hidden charges and the engineer from EXELON Bogdan, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it in regards to the job at hand, he was very infomative, did a superb job and was great with my grandparents! We asked W5 Electrical to replace one of our security lights which had stopped working. W5 Electrical's team (Will and Jack) carried out the work promptly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They made no mess and took away the old light and the packaging for the new light. We are very pleased with our new light.

Highly recommended! It's a total pleasure to have work done by W5 Electrical, from start to finish. Clear and fast communication from the beginning, all confirmed by text (this is rare in itself and saves lots of time, compared to others). They arrived on time, did a brilliant job, did an amazing tidy up both inside and outside, took great care throughout, including filling a hole made while installing a new electrical supply for a cooker. Will and Jack were lovely people to have working in the house, checking details and keeping me informed as they worked. Met Kieran too and it's wonderful to have work done by a local company who really care about doing an excellent job and have pride in the result. Fantastic, professional and efficient local company, and I will definitely use them in future as they are truly the best. Update: on the installation day, the cooker installation guys had a rare problem that they struggled to solve, they spoke to Will on the phone and he was nearby and called in to help. The problem was a faulty wire supplied by the cooker company, not related to Will's work at all, but he is such a lovely, helpful, knowledgeable person and they solved the problem between them. I’d would like to take some time to thank you for Dan’s help and professional services resulting in a smooth connection on cooker circuits and sorted out the problems about all sockets in the kitchen tonight. Vin and his colleague were wonderful, funny, and extremely professional. Vin issued a quote for putting in a pendant light based on a quick visit and assessment. He scheduled an appointment within a short period of time. He was on time and kept very good communication on the quote, payment, and what I needed to provide. The workmanship was perfect. Fantastic service. I had a plug socket that had been broken. Vin came out very promptly and replaced it (despite it being a more difficult job than it first appeared, with some damage under the cover). It all looks great and is safe now. I was very impressed with Benjamin from the outset. He called me back straight away (on the weekend) when I couldn’t originally get through. He is articulate and organised and answered all the questions I had. He requested the information he needed which I provided and he promptly came back with a quote. He turned up on time, and communicated with me throughout the whole three week process from appointment confirmation to performing an EIC and then returning to rectify the issues he found. He brought a polite and competent team with him to do the work. Whilst it was not cheap, his prices are transparent on the website and I believe he was worth every penny as he gave me reassurance that he and his team had performed a thorough job.
