Excellent, speedy service, at a fair price from Jason, to fix a long standing issue with our bathroom spotlights, that a couple of other electricians hadn't wanted to undertake. Very happy with the speed of response and the results and would definitely use Jason and his team again. Highly recommended.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

He then went on to test all of the sockets and lights around the issue within half an hour and gave us some great advice. We were wowed by the service especially being so last minute. I contacted AC Kinetic to move a socket for a wardrobe installation. They were very responsive over email, punctual and the electrician even made the installation more efficient when i thought i needed two visits which saved me time and money. Would recommend.

Called Sunday afternoon and Cyril arrived to N3 within an hour of calling. He was able to resolve the issue and worked expertly on a somewhat tricky job. Also good at updating as was not at the property. Pleased to be able to recommend.

Our RCD had tripped in the fuse box. I had been able to isolate it to a particular socket circuit but even removing everything from the sockets it was still failing. I called these guys and they were prompt. Gave a clear quote and came round at the start of the 1 hour timeslot we agreed. Throughout the hour he was there the electrician was clear and efficient in every step, and explained exactly what he was doing and what he was finding. So at the end, when all was resolved, I knew he had found the problem and resolved it thoroughly. Truly excellent service. Will be my go to in future if we have any issues.

I had several issues with the lights in my flat since moving in 3 years ago. Simply put, they did not work and each light had a mind of its own with dimmers not working most times and lights going on and off by themselves. I was given Crispins details by a friend who highly recommended him. Crispin is a highly professional individual. He is reliable and managed to complete the job perfectly (i mean, perfectly). He repaired severely complex wiring issues. He was persistent in finding a solution to each lighting problem and I am happy to report all my lights now work perfectly. He was always on time and with a positive attitude. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service levels, on time and very friendly. We had several electrical jobs that they attended to. They installed and fitted our Ring doorbell, rewired our cabinet lights and under floor heating, fitted several dimmer switches upstairs and fitted a mirror in the downstairs shower room.
