Karzan did a wonderful job fitting our new bath panel, which was no easy task after the way the previous one had been fitted. He came equipped with everything needed for the job and then some. Karzan did an amazing job when replacing my carpet with floor tiles. He had all the tools needed for the job. I was a little bit worried that i had to spent so much time on cleaning after the job but all i had to do is a quick mopping as he kept everywhere clean. Everything was smooth and fast. Tristan fitted a wall ladder for me and also replaced two bathroom extractor fans. The work done was first class and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. The issue, a leaking bathroom tap, was diagnosed over the phone, the plumber arrived very quickly with a new tap ready to go. Was in and out before I knew it, left everything spic and span. Really pleased - I've saved their details so I can use them for my next plumbing issue.

He stopped by for an initial visit to get a quote and he explained exactly what he could do. The prices were fair and he was available to do the jobs soon after the quote. Great quality service, very reasonable pricing. Ravi is more than qualified for all the handyman tasks we had his help with. He also demonstrated skills also with plumbing and electric. He completed about 10 household DIY tasks at a very high standard. He came fully equipped and had some great suggestions for how to fix things up in a tidy way. The initially inspected our system and checked our internal wiring was still effective; provided us with recommendations on new systems which would fit the wiring, then after we purchased our choice, they installed it for us, checking at all times that the system worked in each flat. Throughout the process, we had clear estimates for the work, each member of staff was professional, helpful and friendly, and everything was carried out on time and to our satisfaction. I approached Handy Humans 18 months ago to look at the work required at my parents flat. There was mould issues in two bedrooms from a previous flood on the flat above. The work involved hacking off plaster, damp treatment, replastering and skimming one wall. The wallpaper was removed & all walls & ceilings were painted including all the woodwork. It’s a true sign of a professional job when they remove the radiator to carry out the painting. They were very understanding and patient with us in getting the work agreed with the council & insurance company. The work was carried out over two visits to allow us to install new flooring and relocate furniture between rooms. Again Handy Humans were very accommodating with this request. I have used the USH a number of times. This time they came out to quote to fix an external drainage pipework issue. The pricing was reasonable and once instructed they came out as agreed and fixed the piping. Good communications and friendly staff.

I was left in the lurch by another painting company who had tried to rip me off badly. The Handy Squad immediately responded within hours to my desperate query and promised to send me Victor the very next morning. Victor really should be wearing a cape as he is a true super hero. In just five short days he painted a 4 storey stairwell, replaced a light fitting, a couple other little jobs, and also managed to mix up a new paint colour ON THE SPOT (from old paint cans) to repair skirting boards which had been badly damaged by the last painters. He was early every morning, always courteous and really thinks outside the box to fix all the issues that I had with the house at the end of my lease. I would definitely recommend him to any female customers tired of disrespectful and bullying tactics from other tradesmen.
