We tasked MK handyman with removing the existing floor and subfloor and laying a new floor with terracotta tiles. We couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome. They took such care at understanding our end vision and went about the works with meticulous detail. Very thankful to the Marek and Mark who undertook the work. Would highly recommend to anyone going about renovation work !

Made an enquiry as I saw all of the great reviews. They sent someone the very next day. I got an extractor fan in the kitchen fixed, new waterproof skirting boards in the bathroom and a new fitted shower base. Very happy with the work. They were also on time and they left no trace and tidied up after the work was done. They are super transparent over costs involved and had good communication throughout. Very affordable too. Mark did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I couldn’t ask for a more professional or proficient bathroom fitter. Him and his team were friendly, helpful, honest, reliable and efficient. Mark was great with his communication, with regularly checking in, listening and helping me with designs and finding products and kept good order of the bills. I couldn’t recommend Mark more highly. Just moved into our new place, had a list of small but necessary jobs…Mark was excellent, arrived at the agreed time with his colleague; fixed a sink that needed to be resealed with new supports in the cabinet underneath…minimum of fuss, clean and sensible / transparent pricing…I expect to request his services again. We are thoroughly impressed with Lucky Build and his team! They have been working diligently in our flat everyday for 2 weeks and have been amazing! They took care to cover up furniture to clean, repair, and paint the walls and ceilings. They have serviced and repaired the boiler, bathroom, and other smaller items like door hinges and shelving. Lucky takes the time to phone me everyday and send photos. Lucky makes great suggestions and gives good advice based on his years of experience. We certainly recommend Lucky Build for any repairs and services and they will definitely be our go-to team for the future!

This business is highly recommended for all building and redesign, or reconfiguring work . I had a complex kitchen configuration and building work requirement including moving services and being sympathetic to a 1900s chimney breast . The team worked effectively and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with building regulations and fire safety adherence in relation to materials and advising on what was required to meet my needed. Will have the team back again for my bathroom and other building work.

Great quality service, very reasonable pricing. Ravi is more than qualified for all the handyman tasks we had his help with. He also demonstrated skills also with plumbing and electric. He completed about 10 household DIY tasks at a very high standard. He came fully equipped and had some great suggestions for how to fix things up in a tidy way. Excellent Service! I recently hired London Builders for some repairs and maintenance work, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Has went above and beyond the call of duty to replace two taps and assist with a tricky install of a concealed cistern toilet. He was always quick to respond to any issues that arose, and made multiple trips to source materials and get everything perfect. Can’t recommend his service more!

We had a fantastic experience with Has! He came to our rescue at very short notice late on a Friday night when we were struggling to fit a sofa through our door. Not only did he efficiently remove and reinstall the door, but he also carefully moved the sofa into our living room. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Michal refurbished our entire 5 bedroom house from top to bottom. This included new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring throughout, knocking down walls. He was extremely professional and diligent in his work quality and is able to manage large projects in a timely manner. His extensive building knowledge and skills enhanced our designs and is capable of doing everything from plumbing, electrics, woodwork and general construction. His tiling work is perfection. Michal undertook the entire refurbishment of my house in Fleet. This included new bathroom, new kitchen, flooring throughout and a complete rebuild of the outside decking, building a covered patio area and garden. He solved many problems I had with water getting into the flooring in downstairs bedroom which many previous builders had failed to fix. My house is built of wood and Michal was fantastic working with a non-conventional building and his woodworking was incredible. He installed a complex steam shower in the bathroom and his tiling was spot-on. I would not hesitate to recommend Michal for large or small projects. Mine was a large project and he managed the whole thing from start to finish. I would not hesitate to provide a direct reference if required.

Karzan did an amazing job when replacing my carpet with floor tiles. He had all the tools needed for the job. I was a little bit worried that i had to spent so much time on cleaning after the job but all i had to do is a quick mopping as he kept everywhere clean. Everything was smooth and fast. We recently had Silver Saints do our gas boiler service Raymond did the gas boiler service. Raymond was very good: on time, neat, clear in communication of how things were going. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to just fix our bathroom tap (to make hot water run out of it) in a matter of seconds! I will defiantly use Silver Saints again in the future.

I was very pleased with the service from booking, communication and the work carried out. Hamid was professional, friendly and helpful. He did a fantastic job repairing a hole in a wall and making good. Sameed, the electrician, also did a good job fixing some of my ceiling lights. I would recommend Upper Street Contractors. They do care about providing a good service and their pricing is reasonable.

I highly recommend Upper Street Handyman. They recently replaced some skirting boards for us. From my initial enquiry to the end of the job the communication was great - they replied to queries quickly and kept me up to date. The work was excellent and completed to a high standard.
