Excellent Service! I recently hired London Builders for some repairs and maintenance work, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Ravi was prompt, courteous, and very skilled in handling a variety of tasks, from fixing leaks to assembling furniture. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and offered useful advice for future maintenance. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend London Builders for any handyman needs. Great quality service, very reasonable pricing. Ravi is more than qualified for all the handyman tasks we had his help with. He also demonstrated skills also with plumbing and electric. He completed about 10 household DIY tasks at a very high standard. He came fully equipped and had some great suggestions for how to fix things up in a tidy way. Freddie did the work for a good price and pretty quickly after I first contacted him. I left him with the keys to my flat to complete the work while I was out of town. He left the place as he found it, nothing damaged or stolen, so top marks for trustworthiness!

Fred painted the exterior of our house and installed a loft ladder. His prices are fair and very reasonable and the quality of his work is high. Fred was very responsive and professional, so its easy to see we are very happy with his work and would definitely ask him first about any other work we wanted done.

Found Webbs through his great reviews on Google, and booked him in for some general handyman jobs, a very nice friendly, reliable and organised guy who knew exactly what he was doing, he put up some curtain poles and ensured he knew the curtain drop so the curtain didn’t drag on the floor, he even let me hang my curtains before securing it altogether. We had a bay pole put up, shelves, mirrors, blinds and a ring door bell. Webbs had great attention to detail with his work and extra bonus is he is multi skilled so we have booked him in again to get some more jobs around the house done, very pleased with his services and would highly recommend him. We tasked MK handyman with removing the existing floor and subfloor and laying a new floor with terracotta tiles. We couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome. Made an enquiry as I saw all of the great reviews. They sent someone the very next day. I got an extractor fan in the kitchen fixed, new waterproof skirting boards in the bathroom and a new fitted shower base. Very happy with the work. They were also on time and they left no trace and tidied up after the work was done. They are super transparent over costs involved and had good communication throughout. Very affordable too. Martin has been fantastic. Originally he stripped out built-in shelving and cabinets - he completed the job swiftly and neatly, making sure all rubbish was collected and cleared the next day. I cannot recommend Berry Property Services highly enough. Extremely clear communication with prompt responses, very readable and clear pricing with full itemisation and punctual. We had a reasonably large project which took 5 weeks to complete but there was clear communication throughout, which is of utmost importance. Inevitably there were teething problems at times, but these were all readily resolved, and Luke took ownership throughout the works to personally ensure satisfactory completion. Ancillary works which required other specialist tradespeople were all seamlessly organised such that there was continuous progress throughout the period - this sequential completion was efficient and well arranged. Undertaking building works is always an anxious period - there is no shortage of stories where work is incomplete at the end or not finished to a satisfactory level - I can say this has not been the case with Berry. I will certainly use them again and am providing this recommendation independently and purely to recognise their great craftsmanship, integrity and attention to detail.
