Excellent Service! I recently hired London Builders for some repairs and maintenance work, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Ravi was prompt, courteous, and very skilled in handling a variety of tasks, from fixing leaks to assembling furniture. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and offered useful advice for future maintenance. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend London Builders for any handyman needs. I called in desperation to get my new curtains up for Christmas. I tried and failed! I explained my need and was given an appointment for today. Amandeep came out and in no time at all my curtains are up. He even hoovered up some dust from the drilling! I am impressed and definitely recommend him and will use again. Price was realistic. Happy to have found him. Now looking at other things I need doing!!

We tasked MK handyman with removing the existing floor and subfloor and laying a new floor with terracotta tiles. We couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome. Made an enquiry as I saw all of the great reviews. They sent someone the very next day. I got an extractor fan in the kitchen fixed, new waterproof skirting boards in the bathroom and a new fitted shower base. Very happy with the work. They were also on time and they left no trace and tidied up after the work was done. They are super transparent over costs involved and had good communication throughout. Very affordable too. Maestro is by far the best builder and handy man that I've ever come across. His work is of the highest standard. He's always on time and is courteous and tidy. Maestro has carried out work in our house over the last 5 years. I cannot recommend Berry Property Services highly enough. Extremely clear communication with prompt responses, very readable and clear pricing with full itemisation and punctual. We had a reasonably large project which took 5 weeks to complete but there was clear communication throughout, which is of utmost importance. Inevitably there were teething problems at times, but these were all readily resolved, and Luke took ownership throughout the works to personally ensure satisfactory completion. Ancillary works which required other specialist tradespeople were all seamlessly organised such that there was continuous progress throughout the period - this sequential completion was efficient and well arranged. Undertaking building works is always an anxious period - there is no shortage of stories where work is incomplete at the end or not finished to a satisfactory level - I can say this has not been the case with Berry. I will certainly use them again and am providing this recommendation independently and purely to recognise their great craftsmanship, integrity and attention to detail. Thank you Berry Team - keep up the good work!
