Rafael and Peter were excellent at remodelling my flat to my expectations. Wael came as a plumber recommendation from a neighbourhood group. I had cause to contact Wael when I got into some difficulties whilst cleaning a shower thermostat valve and the stop valves failed. Despite being on a job with a customer Wael could tell it was an emergency and gave me some incredibly helpful guidance over the phone which resolved the immediate crisis. He then fitted me in the following day to come and look at the problem,, fixed a related leak and checked the plumbing to ensure I wouldn’t face further issues. David damp-proofed my home and did a stellar job of removing damaged bits of wall all around, giving it the needed treatment and cementing and plastering it up again. He is a very knowledgeable guy who could write a history book on antique homes and their building methods, has a keen eye for details, and is very enthusiastic about what he does. He carefully explained what he was doing or planning to do, so I knew exactly what was happening. The walls look great and I highly recommend him and his services.

David recently treated several cases of rising damp in rooms around our conversion flat. He initially impressed me with his in-depth knowledge and specialisation in damp treatment, as well as his competitive rates. Over the course of a week, David carried out the planned work to the letter - all finished to a high standard. He also did such a good job cleaning up that you'd have never known he'd been.
