As a young female I am very cautious on who comes into my home to complete work. I first used Hany's services a few years ago for some internal painting, and since then I have had him back multiple times to complete different tasks from painting my house internally and externally, repairing and fixing cracks in the plaster and walls from when new windows got put in, cleaning the gutters etc. I would 100% recommend Hany as he is reliable, kind, genuine, friendly, professional, his work is immaculate and he cleans up after himself never leaving a mess and his prices are fair and super competitive. David recently treated several cases of rising damp in rooms around our conversion flat. He initially impressed me with his in-depth knowledge and specialisation in damp treatment, as well as his competitive rates. Over the course of a week, David carried out the planned work to the letter - all finished to a high standard. He also did such a good job cleaning up that you'd have never known he'd been. Not bad considering plaster removal and re-application is a very messy, dusty business. If you're the kind of person who's "had enough of experts", go ahead take your chances with general 'repair' firms or cowboys and risk ending up with a botched job, as well as paying through the nose. But if you'd rather use someone who has 3 decades of highly-specialised experience and a genuine passion for solving your damp problem while charging you significantly less, choose David Telford at TW Building.

Elan replaced a pane of glass in a skylight. The work was done to a high standard and the skylight is watertight. Elan was punctual, reliable and reasonably priced. He also fixed a leaking external pipe and again found the root cause and replaced the faulty part. Again the work was done to a high standard and reasonably priced. Finally Elan painted our Front door and woodwork. Nice finish!!

Robert completed a complete kitchen re-fit for us, laying a new tile floor complete with underfloor heating, fitting new cabinets and installing additional power outlets and painting of the entire kitchen. Out of the 7 builders that we contacted Robert was the only one that we felt had the right combination of price, availability, knowledgeability and personal skills. He had all the characteristics you needed in a builder: he is on time, reliable, hardworking, honest, trustworthy and to top it all off his work was to a very high standard. Robert repaired and painted 13 fence panels in my garden at short notice. He provided a quote (for labour and materials) in advance for a very fair price, and clearly talked me through the details of what the job would involve. All areas were thoroughly prepared and protected before he started, and he worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job. All areas were left clean and tidy before he left. In addition to electrician services, Arif also does some handyman work. I asked him to build a sideboard from flatpack and he was really responsive and came the same day and built it quickly and to a high quality. He was also very nice and easy to do business with. I highly recommend.

Rafael and Peter were excellent at remodelling my flat to my expectations. They carried out high level painting and decorating work and also did a number of odd jobs that needed fixing including cleaning my bathroom floor of tile adhesive which was a big help. Aaron's a thorough professional at the same time friendly. Used him on two occasions(after the quality of the work from his first job). It was to fix a leak W.C - was a bit tricky with uneven surface and difficult access, he sorted it out nicely and re-inspected a few days after to follow-up on the job. The second occasion was to check on wall mould and ventilation in the flat, he fixed a couple of the vent fans whilst "surveying for a quote" for the rest of the work ! Prices, very reasonable as well. Will not hesitate to engage him again.
