We had our rooms decorated and pluming service. we couldn’t be HAPPIER with the results. The team was efficient and had exceptional attention to detail for each element of their work. Great customer service very hard working & respectful working individual whom finished the job in a time spam as promised. Very hard to find genuine craftsmanship. Andy has done work throughout my house, both inside and outside. Work included installing bath and shower rooms, building cupboards, plumbing, decorating, tiling, fencing....the list goes on. He is multi-talented and very knowledgeable, and his work is outstanding in terms of quality, care and attention to detail. Nothing fazes him, and nothing is too much trouble. Equally important for me, Andy is totally reliable, honest and trustworthy and it's simply a joy to have him working around the place. He really is quite special and I can't praise/recommend him highly enough.

I asked Andy to come and repair the entirety of my garden fence after storm Eunice broke everything. He managed to fit me in when he was (understandably) incredibly busy. Furthermore, we had a chat about the fact that I wanted to store my motorbike in the back garden, he suggested things I'd not even thought possible. He moved my shed to the other side of the garden, and installed a new gate at the back by a drop curb. His prices were incredibly competitive, especially for the wonderful standard of work. Am DEFINITELY using him again! 10/10

Andy came to our home to remove an old fireplace then build up wall, installing a new lintel and re plaster wall ready for a log burner to be installed. He did a very good, clean tidy job. Very competitively priced. I would definitely ask him to do other jobs and recommend him highly.

Had a positive experience staying in my bright and airy room over the summer lockdown period where staying in was how I spent most of my time, being comfortable was important! Charlotte was always very understanding and responsive. I found her incredibly approachable for the even the smaller things which she always supported with and maintained her word on. Should I look to rent again in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again.

I cannot recommend Jakub and his team highly enough. Once we had scoped out all the various renovation works on my house, they just got on with it, with minimum involvement from me, and executed to a very high standard. I called in desperation to get my new curtains up for Christmas. I tried and failed! I explained my need and was given an appointment for today. Amandeep came out and in no time at all my curtains are up. He even hoovered up some dust from the drilling! I am impressed and definitely recommend him and will use again. Price was realistic. SWP renovated our utility room which was damaged by a leak and replaced all the units, flooring along other works which included the relocation of a radiator and replacement of a window and door. George V helped me convert my recirculation kitchen hub to an external extractor hub. The works required taking the route through the ceiling and drilling a hole though the external wall. George V was absolutely fantastic and did this job very well. He was very professional, friendly, on time, organised and clean. He definitely knew his work very well. He found a problem with the original planned route and quickly suggested a solution to use a different route, and this worked perfectly. We are thoroughly impressed with Lucky Build and his team! They have been working diligently in our flat everyday for 2 weeks and have been amazing! They took care to cover up furniture to clean, repair, and paint the walls and ceilings. They have serviced and repaired the boiler, bathroom, and other smaller items like door hinges and shelving. Lucky takes the time to phone me everyday and send photos. Lucky makes great suggestions and gives good advice based on his years of experience.
