I’ve been going to Icon for about a year and a half now and trust Natleigh with my hair (cutting, colouring and styling!). She is clearly very experienced and lovely to chat to :-) also love the head massages when getting my hair washed! Would recommend Icon to anyone living in the area!

I have been having my hair cut at Icon for many years. I’m lucky to have Julie Bartlett as my hairdresser. She initially had to correct a bad hair cut and grow out my extra short layers. Whenever I go into work after a cut my colleagues without fail comment on how fab the cut is and ask where I go. I chose this salon as they use Aveda products for hair and colouring which is kinder to hair. I enjoy having a catch up with Julie over complementary drinks ( when covid safe) and the salon has always kept to the covid guidelines current at the time. I’m lucky to get an NHS discount to but the prices are affordable without. Easy booking system online so you can book when you remember late at night ! I am probably the fussiest person when it comes to hair but Claire and Kelly are just excellent. They are great with my young children's haircuts and so I decided to let Claire loose on my hair. Wow is all I can say. She gave me possibly the best haircut of my life at a fraction of the price you pay in a London salon. I am so happy!

I used to get my hair cut previously by Kelly at a different place and then it changed unexpectedly. Finding Kelly and Claire here has been a life saver, honestly the best hair cut of my life. I travel all the way from west London just to get my hair cut by Kelly and will continue to do so! 100% recommend.

I have very rebellious hair and finding someone who can tame it has always being challenging. Not only Rosa managed it, but she gave a very lovely and modern twist to my usual cut. This is a great local salon where the staff take their time to get to know you. Sarah is a great colourist and I always feel great when I leave. She’s great with the scissors too and will listen to what you want and give great advice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, seriously.

I am someone who has accidentally found themselves with long hair and I don't know what to do with it. After growing it for a number of years, it seems wrong to not try to keep it but I needed some help and advice about what would work, allow me some flexibility in styling and be easy to manage Ben listened to me, made suggestions and then cut and styled my hair, giving me tips and advice along the way. My hair feels so much thicker and has so much more life that when I went in and even better I know how to keep it looking like this. I'm very happy with my new cut.

She was very nice, professional, listened to my wishes, provided some tips and asked me relevant questions as to how I style my hair, and did exactly the haircut I requested. I had a very bad previous experience with another hairdresser and Lisa fixed this. I went out of here with a fabulous haircut (that I can style very easily) and feeling great. Serenity Salon is simply wonderful. I am so glad and feel so lucky that it has re-opened. I first went to Serenity because it has the best skin care products in the market -nothing compares to the quality and benefits of the Environ range of products- and Yolanda does the most fabulous and effective facial treatments. On top of this, I absolutely enjoy going for relaxation/sports massages. It took me many years to find a good masseur/se in London until I found the best ever right in the Kingston upon Thames vicinity! No need to look elsewhere anymore. I just had a massage with Yolanda this week - I call them "magicssages..." --the music, the environment, everything! let alone that she is a prodigious masseuse. In addition, the salon is immaculate - I feel completely safe as the place follows all the safety protocols and required government guidelines. I'm ready for more luxury treatments in this salon in the future!

So happy to have found Toni & Guy in Kingston. Stepped in on the off chance I could get a cut and was immediately introduced to Julian, one of their stylists who took time to consult exactly what I wanted and was reassuringly able to advise what needed to be done to achieve the outcome I was after. He later told me that during our conversation he was also listening to understand how I normally cared for my hair. The person who washed my hair was a joy to be around and considering I had gone in with my head buzzing with business issues, I came out feeling like I’d had a mini break 😊 I would say that having been looking in the area for 18months I have now found my new hairdresser

He completely transformed my hair, bringing back both its color and style, and, most importantly, restoring my confidence. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will definitely be returning.
