It was my first time at hair n roses today and I am so happy I have found this salon! For years I’ve had to cope with an orangey/yellow balayage as multiple hairdressers from big well known chains have told me “your hair pulls warm and won’t lift that well” well today viola done my hair and for the first time in years I have a lovely creamy blonde balayage! No dark yellow or orange tones and I am so happy! I will stick with this salon now as I know I will get hair I actually like! She is also very friendly and welcoming and the salon is clean and comfortable. Thank you so much Viola!

I have been going to Dominica for over 10 years now. Every time I go she always treats my like I am her most valued client. I never feel like she is rushing so that she can get started with another client (who will probably be having much more done than what I do). Also considering how many customers she must have, it always amazes me how Dominica remembers what I have done when I come on my next visit. To anyone looking to try someone new, you will not go wrong with a visit to Dominica.

Dominica is a highly skilled hairdresser and colour technician. I saw her today after abusing my hair in the sun and sea. She made my wild and dry hair look well nourished with minimal treatment. The staff are professional and the salon is clean and a calm oasis. Dominika is a warm and friendly person yet very professional. She deserves more than 5 stars Munoree

After my initial disappointing experience I was given a complimentary back, neck and shoulder massage with John which was great. We discussed my areas of tension and he tailored the massage accordingly. The pressure was perfect and I felt the benefit immediately. I’ll definitely be rebooking.

She did exactly what I wanted if not better, showed her my inspo picture and she took it from there and the result was fab with the highlights. Her talent and artistry is unmatchable and to enjoy it all in the lovely environment of Andy’s Salon only makes the experience all the better. Highly recommend this salon to anyone. I originally thought it was expensive when I booked the appointment but honestly after the experience I had, it is well worth the money. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I sat in a massage chair while getting my hair washed which was lovely and tranquil. Frankie was the lovely lady that cut my hair and did an amazing job. Nice, quiet, chilled atmosphere. It’s not as large as their other branches but it feels like a it’s a good quality, relaxing experience. This is the second Townhouse I’ve visited and I brought a friend along. The nail therapist was polite and friendly, sometimes talking to us and mostly leaving us alone to have our own catch up - which I really appreciated. She helped me choose my colours with some swatches (I wasn’t sure at first) and didn’t rush me. I was happy with the final look, just some slight annoyance where layers are visible, but overall it’s a good salon with professional customer service and is a place you can feel pampered! 💅 This was my bday treat and it lasted well into the weekend for our celebrations.

Best place to get your nails done! I had the best time and the best nail tech ever (Jade). The first thing I noticed was when you walk in, there’s no strong chemically smell. It’s clean, it’s a very pretty salon and it’s definitely worth the prices they charge. Jade made me feel so welcomed and comfortable- she was very thorough with my nails and overall just a lovely person! She works on Thursdays and Sundays and I highly recommend her!! Lovely experience with Sara at GA Wimbledon - my first time having my hair cut here after being recommended by a friend. The coffee was delicious and Sara really took her time on my hair cut (she's great for long hair, if you have long hair like me) and the appointment was prompt and relaxing. Honestly one of the best haircuts I have ever had. I discovered the salon / Marco via a social media video and had to try it! Marco listened to what I wanted to achieve and made it better ! He took his time and was extremely precise- i couldn't be happier with the result !
