Ashanti was super professional and has amazing skills. not a nail out of place, amazing polish application plus a wonderful hand massage, i had the luxury shellac manicure and honestly would definitely book again. The venue is very clean! Payment and booking process were very Easy.

Ashanti always provides a professional service, my nails are well cared for and it hasn’t been a rushed job. She also gives some great tips to ensure that you’re looking after the health of your nails after the salon as well.

Tried it for the first time for a manicure and had a great experience! The staff is very friendly and patient - i didn't know which colour to choose and they let me try and many as I needed to find the perfect one. My manicure looks very professional: it wasn't rushed and was made with such care and attention. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back to try the colours I didn't end up choosing this time!

Fabulous outcome, rough journey. I [Female,20] recently got a haircut here and asked for Korean curtain bangs. I have gotten a haircut there before by the lovely lady (I believe her name is Katrina) who did a wonderful job, so I had high expectations. This time I was cut by a man (who works on Fridays), and I had a few issues with the cut. Firstly, he cut my fringe so that it was a bit different in length on both sides, and he seemed unfamiliar with how to style it. I tried to tell him to use a rounded brush and blow-dry the fringe upwards, but he slightly misunderstood me. He then proceeded to style it, and when I asked if he could do it differently, he seemed to get a tad irritated/impatient that I wasn’t super happy with the result. Katrina then came over and styled it, it looked great in the salon, but after I washed my hair, it was clear to me that it wasn’t even in length. A week later, I called them up and asked if I could get it touched up, and Katrina very kindly agreed to do that for me. She put a lot of effort into making it look very nice and exactly how I wanted, without charging me. I came out super happy with the result, but the journey wasn’t so smooth. The staff there are very kind, friendly and caring; they spent some time helping me look for an earring that I lost, and the cut itself was not too expensive. I would still rate this place well as the customer service is excellent, and I recommend Katrina as a stylist.

I found la pearla to be a bright clean friendly shop. I had a 1pm appointment and was able to change it to 12.10 with no fuss the hairstylist was first class I have hair loss due to menopause and age but she treated me with kindness and respect I love my bob hair style and her recommendation for a better length and style I will be following just a great experience ❤️ I highly recommend this shop

Had my eyelashes done by Svetlana and the experience was perfect. The whole team is friendly and welcoming. She was very professional and the whole salon is very clean and calming. My eyelashes are natural but still very beautiful will definitely be going back.

I met Eva for waxing and she did a great job! Very quick and pain free, she’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I feel in good hands and will definitely be going back every month!

The two ladies' staff had a very warm welcome, a relaxed atmosphere, were friendly, and did quick braids for 3–4 hours. I am happy with the service. I would love to style my hair again in the future.

Rachel and Sasha did fantastic with my twist. I called last minute to set up an appointment and Rachel got me in right away. They are great with hair and work very fast. I thought I was going to spend hours there, but was happily surprised that Rachel finished earlier than I had expected. I am an American student here in London, and I felt 4th at they really took care of me. Thank you ladies. Go to them. You won't be disappointed. If I had more time in London, I would come again.

The ladies at this salon were lovely especially sasha who did my hair she was extremely friendly . I had treatment and cornrow done and I have to say she is the best in the world at doing cornrow! No lie. My hair is still neat a whole week later which has never happened to me before due to my soft hair it normally gets messy in 2 days. I will definitely be coming back. 😀Keep doing what your doing.
