Update 20/07/2023 Second Review I went back to get the keratin treatment today. Again, it was a wonderful experience with Rachel, whom I would highly recommend. I have been to a number of hairdressers, and I am happy at Adam & Potsie. I recommended Rachel to my friend who now enjoys going to Rachel each time to get her hair done. Rachel came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I am glad I went to her. It can be so tricky to find a good hairdresser who will take the time to treat and straighten afro hair properly. But it's not a problem for Rachel. 14/02/2023 First Review Rachel was AMAZING! She spent so much time sorting out my hair. It has been so difficult to manage it. She did the Keratin Smoothing treatment, straightened, and trimmed my hair. Michelle helped blow dry my hair (I have a lot of thick hair). I'm happy with the result so far and looking forward to seeing how the treatment makes my hair more manageable going forward. I would recommend this hairdresser. Friendly conversation. I felt relaxed when I left. I would book with Rachel again in the future. I am looking forward to my next visit. : ) Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Clean toilet for customers to use.

Adam is a hair genius. I came in feeling a bit bored with my hair but unsure what I wanted. Adam was great at figuring out the right combination of what worked for me in terms of hair type, style, and what I liked. He was so patient going through a few options and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. The salon is also really clean and the chairs at the hair wash basins are the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced - they even have a massage feature. Looking forward to my next haircut!

My daughter and I have recently started getting our hair cut and coloured at Adam&Potsie's - it's a lovely local salon and everyone there is really friendly - plus the music is always great :) Rachel does a such a good job for both of us - always professional, great conversation and lovely end results every time. I'm so pleased we switched!

I was visiting from New York, staying nearby and took a chance on a blow dry. Went back 3 more times during my 4 week stay. Jonathan was great, welcoming, and I got a lot of compliments on my hair. So glad he was just a few minutes walk away but would definitely travel to see him on my next visit to London.

I cannot recommend this place enough, I had a vision and these guys DELIVERED - 11/10, 110%, 7* - whatever you're scoring with, these guys are above the max! 1. They replied extremely promptly on WhatsApp and were clear with what was possible or not, as well as with pricing. 2. Pricing was extremely reasonable for the time and effort spent. 3. The staff were all SO friendly - they offered tea/coffee/biscuits and Nikki blow dried my hair with the utmost care and Rossella was so kind even after I was there quite close to closing time and caused everyone to have blue hands :( 4. Alessandra was a HERO and the star of the show today, she was my colourist and spent literally 5 hours on my hair, arms covered in blue but still with a massive smile on her face. Her work speaks for itself, the balayage is seamless and the colour is exactly what I was looking for. In between waiting for my bleach/dye, she was also serving other customers and must have been so tired but was still so friendly - thank you so much! 5. Haircut/trim was done by the boss-man who's name I didn't catch - he looked at the photo and cut exactly like it, thank you so much! From what I could tell, all the haircuts here are also excellent - everyone walked out more attractive than they came in (both men and women). All in all, all pros, no cons, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will be coming back even if it's on the other side of London! They offered me a free dye refresh/hydrate in a month's time too :)

The best hairdressers in London. I have now been to this salon three times and have always loved the results. Everyone in the salon is so welcoming. Special mention to Marta who has always paid extra close attention to my hair and has always produced the most incredible results. I am always fussy with my hair but Marta’s work has always made me want to come back as the end result is perfect.

I recently had the most incredible balayage treatment done by Marta and cut and blow dry by Enzio, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Haircuts from all stylists at Butler and Lawler are always good. They listen to you and make sure you’re getting a hair cut you can manage at home too. Colour stylist Yvonne is the best I’ve ever experienced. The ambiance in the salon is always relaxed and fun. I’ve been a customer for 9 years now and have recommended friends who were also always pleased.

I have been going to Bohemia for years now and I can recommend Luke and Anjelika very highly. Luke is very skilled at cutting hair and always manages to do exactly what I want, taking care that I am completely satisfied. Anjelika is an excellent colourist, both technically and in terms of advising on what colour to have (including how it should change as you get older). I have never had any problems with drips and dark patches unlike with some other hairdressers I have used in the past. All salon staff are very friendly, it's a nice atmosphere and Cass does a lovely head massage when washing my hair too! Do give Bohemia a try, you won't be disappointed.

Luke and Angelica have been cutting and colouring my hair for years. I also have keratin treatments. I really love my hair style and colour and get regular compliments. My daughter also goes there. I would never trust anyone else to look after my hair.

This salon is absolutely incredible! The entire team is so talented and welcoming. Angelica worked her magic and gave me a stunning new color—easily my favorite hair color yet! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Went to Bohemia last Saturday and absolutely loved the service. Luke was very nice and knew exactly how I wanted to cut and style my hair. He took his time and was very attentive. Highly recommended! I’ve visited twice so far and I am satisfied with both results. She is always welcoming, and catches well when I show a reference picture or say what kind of hair style I want. I like her styling advice on how to maintain my hair in a good shape! I’d say the best hair dressier in Hammersmith.

She’s amazing. Always gives great hair cuts with meticulous detail and attention. She doesn’t rush the process which I’ve noticed with other hairdressers. She’s gentle and attentive - gives a little shoulder massage which is a lovely touch too!

I am a regular customer here and always receive great customer care. I am always seen on time (unlike my previous hairdresser) and I am happy with every visit I have made. They take great care here with cut, style and treatments. I don’t find them any more expensive than other London hairdressers. The shoulder massage before I leave is lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely experience and best haircut I’ve had in years. No waiting, no rushing. Yoshiko is amazing at listening to what you want and is such a calm and kind lady it’s a very relaxing experience. I even got a little shoulder massage which was so so welcome :-) highly recommend, will be going back again! 🙌

I’ve been going to see Tenisha for a number of years and she’s made me love my hair again. She’s made it a blonde I didn’t think it could be. Tenisha took it from a box dye brown with a few blonde highlights that had gone brassy to a blonde that has so much depth it doesn’t look or dyed and frazzled with bleach. I still get compliments 3 months after dyed and my dark roots are on full show. Tenisha has also perfected the craft of making a wonderful environment in the salon where you’re excited to go. She also makes a very good coffee.

Best ever treatment for my unruly curls! Monica patiently showed me the best curly hair techniques. Didnt do the standard straight blow out which i hate, but gave me my natural curls, but with super amp…I am beyond pleased. I have known richard, one of the owners, for a very long time, and his new salon is so special- cozy, warm, and features all organic aveda products. He also not only happens to be a really great person, but also an incredible stylist and gifted colourist. Highly recommend!!!!

The LOCH is a mini paradise!!! Louise and Richard have truly created the most beautiful salon and always make it feel like home when I’m there!! 🌈💛 The vibes are peaceful, naturally lit, lots of character with a fresh modern spin! I leave feeling fabulous every time with my hair coloured & trimmed by Louise! She is a pro! Went to see Monica for a haircut and she was fantastic! So gentle and had amazing advice on cutting/styling. She has an amazing eye and my hair has never looked better, highly recommend the salon and coming in to see her!

I had the best experience! Usually, it scares me to try a new place, but because my daughter loves The Loch, I felt that I needed to try it. The minute I arrived, I felt like I was at home. It was fun, such a nice environment! Richard did my highlights, and I can tell you it's worth it. He heard me and understood me even though I didn't speak much English. We laughed, and he assured me that there was nothing to worry about. Also, the Loch team is lovely. From the moment you arrive, you can feel how amazing the place is. I recommend it 100%. Been going to see Joe for about a year. A very good haircut every time. Super easy to book, often call him up last minute and he always makes an effort to fit me in. He also owns a lovely cafe across the street!

The hairdressers here are always friendly and there's no sign of any pretences. I've been going since 2014. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional and you collect at least one stamp in your stamp card per visit that once full allows you a reward like 30min massage. The masseuse is actually very very good, she works on Saturdays only. All in all, it's a great place.
