My mum came to Emma in November and after a good experience my mum booked me in and promised Emma I had a lot of hair I came a week later to have a red balayage done. First time I met Emma the first thing she said “wow that’s a lot of hair” I have never seen a hairdresser so happy as she was to work with my hair. I told her what I wanted and she told me how she would do. It came to about lunch time and she brought me lunch, on this day she had cakes that she had baked and was offering me one. The process took 6 hours constantly saying how much she loved my hair. She looked after me so well. My hair is so thick it takes about 4-6 pots of dye depending if I have it dyed or just a toner as she doesn’t overcharge for how thick you hair as more product are used and she takes time with you. Washes hair amazingly don’t know how she does it I nearly fall asleep every time. She is friendly and chatty with amazing staff. She takes pride in her her work and would never leave a clients hair if it want at its best. Definitely recommend!!!

Had black hair for years, always loved silver/grey coloured hair. Asked Emma at Aura Quartz if getting me to Silver could be done. She said yes, it would take time and be costly. Outlined the cost to me, after 9 hours in the chair, this is the stage we were at. Emma decided that we shouldn't compromise the health of my hair, back in the chair for more treatment in 4 weeks. Been coming to this salon now every week since it opened the owner Emma is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I’ve had different styles and colours since going and been 100% satisfied she really does go that extra mile to make sure your satisfied. Had a problem with my hair and it got rectified as quick as possible!. It feels like you are at a spa here, Antonio did a perfect red balayage on my black hair. Definitely recommend!. Everybody is very kind and respectful, from the receptionist who is super sweet to anybody who walks in and the hairdressers themselves!.

Got my hair blow dried by Ellie, it was the most relaxing and beautiful experience I've ever had! Literally was about to fall asleep 😭. My hair looked beautiful than ever and she even added a hair oil after to seal it down! And got heat protection before using any heat device😍😍😍😍

(I have been to many hair salons in London and have spent hundreds, and hair stylists there have never achieved what I was looking for). Antonio is incredible & I would highly recommend him. I'm half asian with naturally dark brown/black hair, for years I have struggled to find a hairdresser who could transform my hair with a balayage making it looked sunkissed with golden tones (think JLO or Negin Mirsalehi) but Antonio transformed my hair that day, and for 1000% whenever I am back in the UK I will be booking Antonio. The whole salon is stylish, modern and gorgeous too. I love the mini bar, sofa and outdoor seating area - what a lovely salon. Grazie mille to Antonio & the RMUK team!

Just visited the salon for the first time and booked a same-day appointment with Tim. I couldn’t be happier with the result! This is, without a doubt, the best money I’ve spent in a long time—worth every penny. Tim is truly a master of his craft, and my only regret is not booking sooner. My new haircut is a head-turner, and I feel absolutely beautiful!

I’ve been having my nails done by Zoe for years, I have never been disappointed as Zoe creates amazing nail art and they are also different which I love. I have builder gel which I can not recommend enough as you can grow your nails to the length that you like so you don’t need acrylics and they’re just strengthening your nails. I’ve not broken a nail in such a long time. I also always get compliments on my nails. I also have facials that honestly are the best. Zoe goes above and beyond to provide not only the best facials in the area but also provides ambience so you can relax and destress. Better than any spa Zoe is so updated with the newest treatments and so knowledgeable about the treatments.

I’ve been to Zoe for eye brows, lashes and nails on several occasions. She is always excellent. The salon is immaculate and always a friendly welcoming environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This salon is amazing. Their new beautician Sophie has magic hands. The facial I had was so relaxing I could have laid there for ages.

Zoe She's absolutely amazing at highly defined brows and facials she is knowledgeable about skin health and advises you on how to improve it at home and with herself, I always feel relaxed during the treatments , also I have a full head of foils and a cut by Sarah, she's fabulous at what she does, it's a great salon environment and I would highly recommend them both, They are both welcoming and Friendly and highly professional, I Always look forward to my next visit. Had my nails done a couple of times and they were perfect. Exactly what I wanted and stayed on till i wanted them off. The girls are lovely and so friendly and chatty. Might not be the cheapest place around but definitely the best value for money will definitely go back. The place is spotlessly clean and spacious so not all cramped together. Highly recommended nothing is too much trouble 😊

This is a brilliant salon and ALL the staff are good at what they do and very friendly. I have many treatments here, nails, pedicures, hair and massages. They’ll help you get it right. I became a customer here years ago not long after it first opened and I am a ‘true’ loyal customer and there’s a reason for that, they are great. I’ve never had a reason to complain. 👏👏
